Perfect for short break

We stayed here for two nights. Close to tramline that takes you into old town. 5 min walk from great sandy beach. 2 min walk from supermarket. The lady that booked us in was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Room was basic but very clean. Tea and coffee 24hrs. Everything you'd expect for a short term, well priced stay.

Booked same day. Arrived at property and had to jump through hoops to pay a separate tax off-platform. Finally got that going (internet is spotty in the area). Found the room was up a flight of stairs. Had my 91 year old dad traveling with us and he was having issues walking. I immediately called them and informed them of the situation and they refused to refund. Literally less than an hour from booking to check in and they couldn't refund due to disability. Had to call from multiple numbers as they started dodging my calls too. Even Hotels.com couldn't get in contact with them. Nowhere on the listing does it say stairs...

This was an okay stay, there was a few things that I don’t like, it was a little noisy I could hear people in other rooms. And the hussle and bustle outside. I found the constant messaging a little annoying, and also the check-in process was confusing. I had to call to ask what I was to go, for them to send me an email (I never received the first email)

Great location, comfortable bed

The place is located next to the sea and in close vicinity of great restaurants and couple of shops. The bed was outstandingly comfortable and the check-out process is seamless and very easy for the guests.
As for negatives:
When I checked in, I was told I only paid 50%, so I paid the second half even though I had a gut feeling that I paid in full. After getting to the room, I checked that I did indeed pay in advance, so I went down to the reception and the lady was very strongly against the though that I did, even though I was showing her the official booking.com application. I did get my money back eventually after she found some paper, but that was not a pleasant experience. The room did not feel tidy either.

Świetna lokalizacja

Pokój czysty, schludny. Myślę że standard adekwatny do ceny. W aneksie kuchennym brakuje zlewozmywaka - z naczyniami do mycia biegalismy do pokoju. Obiekt fajnie zlokalizowany - niedaleko do plaży, kilka pobliskich sklepów.
