Great location, Amazing Views , Friendly helpful Owners on hand to help with daily activities suggestions places /visit

Great Value B&B / hostel style accommodation..
Fabulous location within safe walking distance on a path to Glengarrif .. extremely helpful owners , always on hand to suggest places to visit in the area ..
a cup of tea / coffee , cereal a some fruit offered for a light breakfast .. no full Irish breakfast available here .. stayed two nights will visit again beautiful part of Ireland anytime of the year …

A perfect stay

We had a great night at B&B Black Sheep. First of all thanks to the kindness and hospitality of Jovanka and Alec. Our room and common areas (WC, bathroom) were perfectly clean. Breakfast in the shed with perfect outside views. A beautiful discovery that we recommend!

Great place to Stay

Lovely place to stay and the owners are very welcoming. Really nice breakfast and views, very close to woods and the town for strolls and hikes. Definitely recommend for a cosy weekend away
or for some mountain climbing nearby. Even in off season it's a great spot as it's quiet in the town.

A calming place to stay

I only staid 1 night at the black sheep. What a lovely stay I had! One of my best nights of my trip through Ireland.
You feel home when greeted.
Thanks to the kindness of Jovanka and Alec.
They are a warm and welcoming couple.
I arrived in the evening and was settled in, then invited to sit with them and their guests for a drink of wine.
Great conversations and Alec has many stories to tell.
Breakfast is provided by Jovanka which was sensational, she also has a rich history and I should have stayed longer to listen to her story. It was much to my detriment on leaving so early and not staying longer.
