Family Vacation - Fantastic hotel with world class service
Trinity City Hotel was a great stay while in Dublin. It could have been bad due to an incident with the valet in the parking deck. We had the whole family on vacation so had to rent a large Ford van. While parking, the valet accidentally hit the back left window, and it shattered. Doesn't seem like a great start as that happened the night we got there, and we were leaving the next day. That is where the hotel's entire staff showed what a great Hotel this is. The manager called while we were out to dinner and informed us of the issue. They couldn't have handled it better. They vacuumed out all of the glass and covered the window well enough to get to the airport the next day. Prepared a letter for the rental company and followed up and made sure they covered the repairs. I had insurance so it was limited to 500 Euros, but they handled with follow ups from beginning to end to make sure Budget Rental did not bill us for the 500 Euros. The young valet apologized repeatedly for the accident and was truly upset. The entire team was helpful and responsive and even gave us some vouchers for breakfast before we headed out the next morning. When we go back to Dublin, I will definitely stay there again and appreciate the world class service we received during the stay. ... Also, the hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and location was perfect for visiting Dublin, Temple Bar, Trinity College and close to all other tours. We even went to a local Soccer match that was only a 15-minute Uber from the hotel. Great trip, fantastic hotel, and first-class service. Will stay there again.

The ultimate hotel in Dublin.
Excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. Dani &Jack were excellent in the bar attending to everyone’s needs in a busy environment.
Valet parking etc; they could not do enough. Well done.The ultimate hotel in Dublin.

DARIUS & KRYSTINA
Wonderful staff..both Krystina & Darius displayed a professional yet caring and friendly service. We had tea with homemade scones with real Irish butter and a choice of jams. Sat in the court yard ..Cosy and aesthetically pleasing outdoor area with very comfortable seating in the sunshine. Both employees are a breath of fresh area...no American "have a nice day"..just authentic conversation and helpfulness. Brilliant attention to detail from both.. we will return. Linda & Bree Dublin ❤️

Top notch, wonderful and beyond hotel, amazingly welcoming/efficient staff, perfect location!
For anyone who has written anything negative about this hotel they must have been staying at the wrong hotel. Everything about Trinity City hotel is amazing. From the desk staff at check in, the bellmen, the room ( I stayed in the deluxe with balcony), the bar, the dining room, breakfast and more were so on spot and perfect. The only thing it lacks is a five star rating which it really deserves. All of the fun things to do are including places to eat are well within walking distance. The prices are incredibly reasonable if not flat out underpriced. What an amazing experience staying with this group!!!

Our stay with you from June1-4,2026 was beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were treated like royalty. Our early check in went effortlessly which made the start to our vacation joyful. The staff catered to our every need making us feel like family. Our room, the deluxe double room, provided an extremely comfortable environment... the bed was magical! This was our first but not last trip to Dublin and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.
