Extraordinary Place!
The Raarees Resort is an extremely beautiful Resort with all the Basic Needs.The mist started by 03:00 pm itself. We have also visited the Waterfalls nearby.
Staff are Really Friendly. Beautiful Resort, Highly Recommended.

Absolutely Unprofessional and Unacceptable Experience
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond anything I’ve encountered—even after years in the hospitality industry myself. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property had no regard for professionalism, guest service, or even basic decency.
At check-in, the front desk staff were visibly chewing gutka, showing complete disregard for hygiene and etiquette. This alone set an awful first impression, but what followed was even more outrageous. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were told that our room had been sold to someone else. No apology. No explanation. Just an indifferent shrug and refusal to accommodate us.
As someone who works in the hotel industry, I understand things can go wrong occasionally—but this wasn’t a simple error. It was deliberate, negligent, and incredibly disrespectful. The attitude of the staff was unapologetic, rude, and dismissive, as if we were at fault for expecting the service we had already paid for. They made no attempt to offer a solution, compensation, or even basic customer service.
We were left stranded without a room, in a place we didn’t know well. The lack of accountability and professionalism was appalling. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across countries, and never have I experienced something this bad.
This place should not be in the hospitality business. If you value your time, money, or even basic dignity as a guest, avoid this property at all costs. I will never book here again, and I urge others to do the same

Excellent place for a holiday from the busy schedule
The resort was almost 10 kms away from the munnar city, you feel like your lost while reaching the place, but once you reach its an awesome place to hangout, the environment was really great with greenery everywhere, early morning birds chirping. No network connections only Bsnl land line from their office can be used to speak to our dear ones.The manager and the cook tried their best for a better stay by providing what ever was requested. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Good place to chill with... family and friends
We went there in last Saturday, 14th December,2019. The place is away from main munnar town. No network, only green. No Disturbance. Only BSNL will work there and some times jio..
They have wify connection, which is really strong, and good speed. So, you can connect with that,
The manager is cool guy, good person, Vasan. He tries every wish of your full fill.
And the little champ, they trying to serve you at there level best.
But most important, scenic beauty from the hotel, you don't fill like go anywhere. It was a awesome view.
Every where green and fresh air.
Overall it was good trip for us.

Very bad management
We took a package for 2 days for 2 families which included dinner also. First day was good with sufficient food and the area was calm and peaceful. The second day the food served was not sufficient and dishes were reduced which was not sufficient for 4 adults. At midnight big crackers were burst by other guests which was not restricted by the management. Our 1yr child and ourselves couldn't sleep the entire night. The show was stopped after much heated argument. SO NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES. SUITABLE ONLY FOR BACHELORS OR YOUNG PARTY PEOPLE.
