It had a well lit parking lot and the TUB was amazing took a HOT bath however Icould not help but to think it was a hotel for the Homeless. I I got there at around 3 15 Louisville time however it was 2 15 there when I asked was it Possible to check in I was running on Louisville time was told it would be $22 more for being early... I was very disappointed , I had to get the attendant to fix the TV . The Molding was coming away from the wall and the FLOOR was missing tiles in 3 or 4 places. I t looked like the mirror on the door had been busted and it was left like that VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’m away from my credit card to come cause I’m gonna get the gate to charge. We went in there. There was stuff floating or swimming pool. There were bedbugs. The furniture all had stains on it. Air conditioner wouldn’t work. I want my money back. It was awful. I’m gonna negate it off my credit card unless y’all reach out to me I’m not paying horrible. I wouldn’t. I would refer anybody to it. Bedbugs awful

trash cans under sinks water doesn’t drain out properly in sink nor underneath. The interior is dark blue dreadful looking. The furniture looks like it came off the curb after being rained on. The price does not match the rooms.

Reserved a non-smoking room, but smells very strong like cigarette smoke. A/C is broken, found Pringles and cigarettes in the couch, cigarette burns all over the couch. There are German cockroaches everywhere inside the room!

Very unsafe neighborhood, poor conditions in the parking lot. Lobby was filthy, furniture in the lobby was tacky looking, horrible smell. The breezeway to get to the elevator wad dimly lit, elevator was very slow and smelled horrible. The room itself was probably one of the worse hotel rooms i have ever seen. Stains on all the walls, the furniture looked like something from goodwill old and torn, the bed wasnt made, had stains on the sheets, towels in the bathroom was stained, cracks in the bathroom floor, ceiling in bathroom had a huge hole in it. I did not stay, went straight to lobby and checkec out, there was another couple in the lobby that also had issues with the two rooms they had booked and were leaving as well. In the back parking lot there was a drug deal going on, and homeless people walking around with shopping carts.
DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
