Don’t miss this location

While attending an American Flat Track racing nearby at Nashville Shout Track in Hohenwald TN we stayed at the Commodore, and I can tell you this if you have any event to go to near this property, stay at this property! You can tell it’s family owned and run and the food is phenomenal if you’re there Sunday morning, you’re gonna get a breakfast buffet that is well worth the money

The manager was friendly and wanted to be helpful but unfortunately there was not much helping this experience. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything outside, and could not sleep. The bed was not very comfortable either which didn’t help. When we went to take a shower, the shower didn’t have hot water. We called about it and she said I had to turn the sink hot water on sometimes. Well, I tried that and it didn’t work, so I called again and she said she could possibly give me a different room but would have to check with the manager. She called back but hung up before I could answer, but at that point we were just done fooling with it and took cold showers. The mini split also dripped water all night.
The place is really cool, but really old. The manager is nice and tries to accommodate as much as possible, but there wasn’t much that could save our experience.

A delightful hotel run by delightful people

My bride of nearly 40 years and I recently stayed at the Commodore. We loved it. The female owner spoke to us at check-in and was present throughout the stay. Our room was a little dated but was clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Hotel and enjoyed the live music. The music was at a nice level, allowing folks to talk comfortably. The restaurant was packed. We had breakfast at the Hotel as well, and it was excellent and reasonably priced.
Linden is a small, cute town, but the Hotel is the central attraction.

A Great Place to Stay

We had an outstanding visit to the area and made the right choice with the Commadore Hotel. While making reservations by phone, the staff was eager to meet our needs and promptly returned calls. Check-in was easy and the staff ensured we got to our room and ad everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast at the attached Birdie's Cafe. Don't skip the Sunday Buffet.
Tip: If you are arriving after 9PM and don't want to eat Sonic, eat before arriving or bring it with you.

I have been staying at Commodore for many years. It has always been clean and comfortable. This time, The staff seemed preoccupied with their own social get together this time in front of hotel, thereby leaving guests with no quiet place to relax and read.
