Staff were helpful and friendly , iv stayed at alot of hotels mostly 4 , some 5 and iv found this one better than some of those . I believe they have one of the best chefs in Northern Ireland never had a plate of food anywhere near as good as it anywhere and I'm not the lightest so iv seen my share . Thank you so much I'll be back again

The hotel was only ok. The rooms were very stuffy and the carpets were stained and not very nice looking. When we checked in they told us there would be no food available until 5 ish pm, which was really unfortunate as we had driven 2 1/2 hrs and were hungry and trying to head out quickly for an event.

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and chair. When I rang from the Airport asking about transport options, I was told to walk. It’s just over a mile (1.6km)There are no paths/sidewalks on either side of the road. On checking in, I was told that staff are not allowed to call taxis for guests. Next morning there was a sign at reception confirming such. There was no one at reception anyway. It’s a shame as the food was great and the restaurant and bar service was good

This is a decent hotel for a night before a flight from Belfast.
The room was a nice surprise.
The staff were ok, for a pass through hotel. They were more interested in talking to each other rather than the guests. Wanting to take payment for every drink or bag of crisps seemed a little unnecessary as we were there for dinner as well, so that was irksome.
Dinner was fine. Wine options seem to be 150ml little bottles only.
Breakfast was self serve, The scrambled eggs were water logged, so we left the cooked option well alone.
Overall it served its purpose.
