Lovely stay

Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to beach & pleasure park. Room was clean and comfortable.

Meh

Lots of parking.
We had mouldy sheets, got a new one from reception.
There was only 2 towels/cups but 3 guests.
Dont upgrade to the meal deal or breakfast. Not worth it. Breakfast was cold and had no flavour. Chicken burger was too spicy to eat. Chicken coujons were over cooked and hard. Ice cream sundee tasted funny the spray cream tasted off.

Friendly and welcoming

The location and staff were great. All of the people working there were lovely and very helpful.
The room was a little tired looking with stains on the walls and needed a good deep clean to be honest.

Comfortable stay

The hotel was in a good location, with plenty of amenities nearby and a short distance from the sea. We had worried about the possibility of aircraft noise as the hotel was close to the airport; however there was not a single flyover.

Weekend stay for Gavin and Stacey tour

We stayed here as we were booked onto the Gavin and Stacey tour on Dave's Coaches. This is an ideal location if you are visiting Barry Island. Walking distance to the beach and pleasure beach.
