A happy stay

It would be hard to beat the location of the Movenpick, steps from the waterfront promenade and the Pasaport pier. But the hotel ranks highly in all respects in addition to location. Rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers lots of choice, and everything is well cooked and well presented. A special mention goes to Abdulrahman and his female and male colleagues who made the restaurant service special. Taner of the bell / concierge staff was also over-and-above helpful and connected us with a great car service for trips to Ephesus, Pergamon and the Gediz delta with its flamingo flocks.

Great location, great food but watch for executive lounge

Great location, great food but watch for executive lounge of you book through Accor app our web, the hôtel won't recognize you have access. First they don't actually have a lounge and then second they will explain you have access to a happy hour. You will need to negotiate to get the breakfast included. Additionally they don't recognize gold status with no welcome message or basket of fruit in your room. Very sad because aside this the hotel and restaurant is great with a very central location without being a factory hotel like it's sister brand swissotel next door with 600 rooms... Some improvements to be expected!

Bad experience.

We stayed one night and the experience was not good; the room faced a courtyard with little light.
The smell in the room was a mix of tobacco and humidity; dinner was not a buffet, and we were given a fixed menu with no option to choose.

Very Good hotel

We stayed for two nights.
The hotel is centrally located, it has clean rooms, equipped with a little coffee/tea station.
The included breakfast was very good, with different dishes. Loved the coffee bar at the lobby, very friendly and accommodating staff.
Would definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel in close proximity to restaurants.

A nice hotel very close to the sea and in easy walking distance of some nice restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable . The airconditioning is noisy, so I resorted to opening the double window.
