Wonderful experience and great staff! Would definitely stay here again. Beds were very firm but aside from that we can not complain!

Warning to all smokers

Warning to all smokers: do NOT book this hotel.
Smoking is completely and senselessly forbidden on the balcony. Like many others, I booked this hotel mainly because of the nice balcony – and now it is basically useless if you smoke.
I have stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced such a pointless and guest-unfriendly rule. It brings absolutely no benefit, it only restricts guests for no reason.
If you are a smoker, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Staff was good. Hotel is in need of renovations urgently.also they dont tell you that is far out from city and impossible to get a ride to city. Cancelled after one night and didnt want to refund any money. After they said they would.

The hotel is great, the rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff is super kind and helpful, and the pool is beautiful.
The breakfast can be improved... very limited options and not the best quality overall.
The location is not the best. We picked it because it was a short ride to the airport, so for our purposes we were extremely happy. However, you would have to walk or take a tuk tuk into the old town bc there isnt much going on near the hotel.

It's a pleasant hotel and good rooms. Very large size and lots of space. Bathrooms could be better appointed, as the plastic shower curtain was broken and water all over the bathroom was annoying.
The location is ok, but far out from old town.
The breakfast is not good, with little choice, low quality ingredients, and often items are not replenished quickly and have to wait a long time.
