Good for business as well

I stayed one night on a business trip. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good since you have restaurants and shops in walking distance. Over all a good stay!

Lovely room for a night

This hotel provided us with lovely and comfortable room and the person whom checked us in was a pleasure to deal with. Good location and close to spa. We did not have an evening meal there but breakfast was very nice.

5 night break

Visited Bad Zurzach 2 weeks ago. Stayed in twin room on ground floor, front of property. The room and bathroom was spotless. Had breakfast, basic choice but good. It was a shame that could not converse with staff ,only on the last night when settled bill with the ladies at reception. Quiet hotel but then is winter months. If I had to visit this area again I would stay here again. Most clients appeared to be here for the treatments which are available at the hotel and in the town,themalbaad.

Poor

The hotel is in great location 2 min to the supermarket and 3 min to the spa
The room ia big and its got everything u need but the is no air conditioning and the is no fan and the is no Windows to open
Also the is no one is the reception all day.

Comfortable and Quiet

We had a room which faced on to the backyard and court area. This was nice and quiet, I'm glad it was at the back because the night was hot and the room has no air conditioning so the windows needed to be wide open. No troubles with noise. The front of the Hotel is on a busy street. The room was nicely presented and the bed was super comfortable, nice stay.
Didn't like the town but it does have a Thermal Spa in the town.
