This time it was slightly better. I got an armchair with armrest, which was better when I sat with the computer. I appreciated the carpeting, which makes the floor feel softer to walk on. The room (534) was large and spacious. Breakfast was good, especially the salmon mess. Friendly staff at the reception.
Unfortunately, there was little to be desired this time too. In my room, the TV wasn't working properly. It became strange sound and it pixelated on all channels. It could be okay picture for a while, but then it was the same again. Let me know at the reception and was asked if I tried cromecasting, which I had not. But should you really need it? Could have changed rooms, but then my other wishes could not be fulfilled. I missed the centered ceiling lamp in the main part of the room, that is, where the bed and the writing away is. There was poor lighting at night. Ceiling lamp was only in the hall. In the bathroom I would have liked a pedal bucket as a trash can, so you have a lid over the trash. Would have liked more power outlets at the desk and bed.

Det glädjer oss att höra att din vistelse var aningen bättre denna gång och att vi kunde tillmötesgå ditt önskemål om en fåtölj med armstöd. Vi är också glada att du uppskattade heltäckningsmattan, det rymliga rummet (534), den goda frukosten (särskilt laxröran!) samt vår trevliga personal i receptionen.
Vi beklagar dock djupt att det fortfarande fanns brister. Vi ber om ursäkt för att TV:n inte fungerade som den skulle med konstigt ljud och pixlar, och vi förstår din synpunkt om att man inte ska behöva Chromecasta för att få en fungerande bild. Vi kommer omedelbart att undersöka detta med vår tekniska avdelning i rum 534.
Vi noterar även dina synpunkter gällande belysningen (avsaknad av centrerad taklampa), önskemålet om en pedalhink i badrummet samt fler eluttag vid skrivbord och säng. Dessa är värdefulla förslag som vi tar med oss i vårt arbete med att kontinuerligt förbättra våra rum och bekvämligheter.

Not sure what normal rooms look like, as I was assigned one of the accessible ones. It was moderately specious with a large bathroom.
One draw back, we got unlucky with a fire alarm scare during breakfast rush hour, and the staff didn't look trained on what to do in these circumstances.
