Great value and friendly hospitality

We had a very pleasant stay at JKAB Park Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with any request.
The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of local and international options. The location is convenient, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend JKAB Park Hotel to anyone visiting Trincomalee.

Very bad service

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a very disappointing experience during our stay.
After 11.00 p.m., there was no staff available at the reception to assist guests. The management was extremely unhelpful in resolving our concerns. Despite charging a very high room rate, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the hotel required full payment at the time of check-in.
We had travelled all the way from Colombo with two young children and were exhausted after the long drive. Instead of receiving a comfortable and welcoming stay, we were left frustrated and disappointed.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for reliable service.

Very bad hotel

This hotel was very bad. We paid a deposit, but they had no record of our reservation. The rooms were old and worn out, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The shower water barely came out, so during our three-night stay we couldn’t have a proper bath. The sink and tap were also in very poor condition. Our bed was shaky, there were no handles on the cupboards, and we couldn’t even close our door properly from the inside.
When we went for breakfast at 8:30, almost everything was already finished. The hotel was not clean — we even found worms everywhere (see pictures). I will never stay at this hotel again.

Theft

The holiday was ruined by the theft of money in the room during cleaning. They simply stole all the money. Turning to the hotel manager, we were told that we ourselves had lost the money and they had nothing to do with it. It filled our ears with how inattentive we ourselves are and shift the responsibility onto their staff. By the way, on the same day, money was also stolen from some other Russian tourists. And the manager answered them the same. I do not recommend this hotel because of the attitude towards guests!

Enjoyable stay

We were welcome very friendly and staff at the reception were very helpful (Tuan) rooms were very clean plenty of space to move around and for our luggage. We also like to give our heartful thanks to Dewa and Gayan this two were very helpful and respectful they look after us.
No problem in recommending to other guest.
