Airbnb villa, our first experience!

11 nights in our first Airbnb, own swimming pool, sunbeds well everything you could want, need or expect in a sunny climate, 5 minutes walk to two supermarkets, one overseas selling English products the other is similar to Aldi, all in all a fantastic way to holiday!
No silliness over towels and sunbeds, eat what you want, when you want no waiting in any queues at all.
We always stay in 5* hotels but after another poor experience in Futurventura, hotels are now a thing of the past.
I am so pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation, the ease of booking and the whole checking in experience, we won't be staying in another European hotel again whilst Airbnb is available.

NEVER BOOK HERE

Do NOT stay here unless you want to ruin your vacation. First of all, before even stepping inside you already get a bad impression because of the condition of the walls. The villa was falling apart. Cracked walls, door handles falling off, a rusty shower… and the pool was filthy. Even though check-in is already super late (4:00 PM local time), nobody had cleaned before our arrival. The pool was dirty, full of garbage at the bottom. The so-called “garden” was full of dead plants and broken chairs ready for the trash. Everything was awful—trash everywhere. The villa should not be rented out in this condition. It needs a complete renovation. The kitchen? The fridge didn’t even cool properly, the toaster was disgusting, and the oven smelled terrible. In the bedrooms, we found hair, the sheets smelled bad, and the furniture was in poor shape. And to top it all off, one of the blinds was literally taped to the wall so it couldn’t be lowered. Booking this place was a huge mistake.
Our vacation was completely ruined by staying here. it was incredibly disappointing.

Nefarious cleaning

The house and location are fine!!! It lacks maintenance and cleaning!!! Dirty glass, rusty bathtub,,dirty pool!!! The kitchen lacks equipment!!! We stayed 1 week, and dja much k desire the truth!!!! We will not repeat!!!!

Worst villa ever!!!

Appalling!!!! Villa falling apart, was moved to another bit not much better!!! Just don’t book these… plenty of others around. Contact response appalling… Booking.com were useless also … avoid!!! Electric sockets hanging off… dodgy keys… list is endless

Noise pollution from hotels and neighbours

Villas in need of some maintenance (painting pool area, light fittings hanging loose from ceiling)
Noisy neighbours
Noise pollution from nearby hotels late into the night.
Villas are spacious and well furnished, no air con in ours meaning to be able to sleep at night doors to be left open which lets the noise in from neighbours and hotels.
Camper vans and touring caravans use the car parking outside the villas to park up and stay for long periods of time, like an unofficial caravan park !
