Terrible,,, I would never return, I do not recommend it, especially to pilgrims who need to rest.

I would not return; I do not understand how they have the audacity to call it a hotel. The mattress is on a very small and uncomfortable piece of wood, the restaurant food is terrible, and everything lacks hygiene; I do not recommend it.

RESTAURANT GARCAS, BARTENDER (Latino) ill educated and 0 professionalism

Dire experience , today we went to eat my son and I at Garcas restaurant 10/25/25 and the waiter (Latino) treated us fatally.
He is a poorly educated, liar, and does not know how to treat customers with respect and politeness, addressing high-handedly, haughtily, edge and is not professional and we will not set foot in this place again, it was a very violent situation and restaurant management (JEFA) very unprofessional as well. ..I hope the closure very soon, the customers are not fools as they intend to make us feel and think.
Service disaster, terrible place and very bad care.
Also the restaurant is very dirty, food scraps stuck to the chairs, in short a disaster.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY

Restaurant Garcas .....we will never return, lying, unprofessional and ill-mannered waiter

I went to eat with my son at this establishment 25/10/25 and the experience was dire, we got a really poorly educated (Latino) waiter, edge and unprofessional, and on the previous occasion we went there also had his best day , but as the previous bosses Salome and Oscar are our neighbors, exceptional professionals and better people (they only take care of the hotel now)....because of the appreciation to them from time to time we go to the restaurant...but we will not return anymore and nor will we recommend it to anyone ...abysmal attention, a waiter who does not know his place , lying and treats very bad customers with very bad manners and very despotent ways of speaking.
WE WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO GARCAS RESTAURANT while this staff is attending to it and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL TO ANYONE....people like that it is better that you stay at home and not face the public. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

We arrived at this hotel after trying qq refusal. So we agreed. The receptionist kindly showed us the room, which is nice. Very average room.
Infectious restaurant, exorbitant price very unpleasant staff. To escape.

Regrettably bad.

The hotel is old but that is the least.....unkept room bed bugs that leave your body full of minced dwarf sinks and water from the bathtub runs everywhere. Unpleasant staff which makes the stay even more abysmal. This type of accommodation should not be open.

Lamentamos su mala estancia
Estoy deacuerdo en que no le gusten las instalaciones, el baño ,la decoración,
Lo que no entiendo es como puede poner que hay chinches en la habitación sin ninguna evidencia, nuestras instalaciones pasan revisiones periódicas,y no encontraron ninguna evidencia de tal información.
Tampoco informó en la recepción ninguna incidencia ese día.
