Lovely stay
We travel family with 2 kids 4 and 13 they really enjoyed so did us. Thank you for the cake for my daughter's birthday Fergus Style Bahama!
The food is very nice and tasty some homemade desert and some like all the ather all inclusive in ibiza, my kids are fussy and they always found something to eat, staff are working hard to replenish the food when is finished same with fruits. Snack is open until 5.30 ( hot dog sandwiches wich you can toast them yourself, burgers, ice cream tubes and really nice pastries, fruits) coffee machine at the bar in the restaurant and at snack. Rooms are ok quite small for 4 the air con was working completely fine for us we stayed in block 3 (3117) garden view.
I would prefer to have the drinks in the evening othlist in the glass beacause proseco in the plastic cap doesn't test the same . Cocktail in all inclusive not for me, shame they don't serve aperol, but there is definitely something to chose from and you can ask them to mixe for u any drinks to make Cocktail. Lots off kids when we stayed and it's a family friendly I haven't seen many young people to be honest even if they came to eat then they wouldn't stay at the hotel for the most of the day. Some kids entertainment will be nice, kids club is open until 1 and 8.45 minidisco( few songs) Beach is gorgeous but u have to pay for the chairs.
We would come back, is only 10 min from airport but the plains didn't bother us kids where counting them.

Pleasant stay, more of a 3 star hotel though
We were looking forward to trying the Fergus hotel as had our previous trip cancelled during lockdown. The location of the hotel was reasonable, we were aware it is in the club district and didn't at all mind. However for old couples and young families there isn't a lot to do directly outside the hotel if you aren't planning on going to the clubs.
The location of the beach is perfect there are two locked gates you open with your room card straight onto a vast golden sandy beach. We didn't use the beach as it was too windy during our stay but it is stunning.
The hotel is basic but clean, took a good 40 mins to check in no drinks offered which would have been a nice touch. The hotel lay out is good, apartment blocks surrounding the pool.
Rooms
We stayed in block 3 to the right of the pool. Our view overlooked the road and a taxi rank, which the taxi drivers used the bushes to urinate in as we saw on several occasions! Not the best view! Put me off using the balcony.
Rooms are clean but basic , air on and the safe were free to use.
There is no kettle, which I did miss. They supply you with one big bottle of water in the room for the week. There is a normal, basic shower over the bath but NO plugs for the sink or bath to stop people using excess water!
Hairdryer strangely positioned over the toilet.
Beds were ok if you like a very firm mattress and plenty of storage space. Incredibly noise during the night doors crashing and banging and furniture moving.
Staff were fixing a broken door handle in the room opposite early in the morning with drills which wasn't ideal. The hotel is located very close to the airport so plane noise is loud all through the day and night. We quite enjoyed watching the planes but bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!
Food/ drink
The restaurant was large and we always found a table, may be tricky in busier months, it is the usual AI buffet style but a good choice and variation each day. Different meats, paellas, lots of different fish, vegetable and freshly cooked special dishes. Pastries galore and omelette/ egg station at breakfast which was excellent.
Desserts were amazing! Lots of choice and a great supply of breads, fruits.
Drinks are self service no table service which i would expect at a 4 star. Basically beer, wine, sangria and juices and a soft drink machine. Very watered down cocktails could be collected at the restaurant entrance, nice touch though.
The snack bar for food during the day is on the outside of the restaurant, very basic self serve hotdogs, chips and burgers with pastries. You aren't allowed to take food out of the restaurant / snack bar for some reason.
All in all pretty decent selection for even the fussiest of eaters.
Pool bar is open during the day, providing all unbranded drinks as part of the AI. Cocktails were very weak and pre mixed but ok, have had much better. We tried the outside lounge bar which isn't free and paid for 2 much better cocktails in comparison.
There isn't much under cover space when it rains as the indoor reception part gets jammed with people leaving you little choice but to go to your room.

Mostly polite and friendly, no complaints at all, didn't feel like many of them enjoyed their job, some were a little abrupt. I requested a price list at reception for the spa, got told there wasn't one and they didn't work Saturdays, didn't bother asking again!
All in all the hotel is a 3 star at best. Would I go back? Unlikely, I've been to much better hotels on my travels, it was a pleasant cheap break away though

Nous avons séjourné en couple à l'hôtel Fergus bahamas 8 jours en all inclusive.
Nous sommes des habitués d'Ibiza, nous y sommes déjà venus 7 fois mais première fois à Fergus.
Nous sommes enchanté de l'hôtel qui est très bien situé pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire la fête en discothèques (Ushuaïa et Hï) à 5 min à pieds.
Nous souhaitons particulièrement remercier chaleureusement Yaafar, homme d'entretien de notre chambre. Ce monsieur très aimable nous a beaucoup soutenue et aider suite à un malaise de mon mari. Il a pris le temps de tenir la main de mon époux pendant plus de 30 min alors qu'il n'avait pas terminé son travail. Il m'a aidé à appeler les secours 112, pour traduire et a prévenu la réception de l'arrivée des secours afin que la réception puisse guider les ambulanciers vers notre chambre. Il a fait preuve d'une grande empathie.
Réception : personnel très sympathique et plusieurs personnes qui parlent français (très rare en Espagne).
Propreté : hôtel très propre.
Bar: merci à Gloria pour son sourire, sa sympathie et son dynamisme.
Restaurant : bon dans l'ensemble mais peu varié. Manque de grillades et de variétés de poissons pour un 4 *.
Tickets discothèques : en vente dans l'hôtel.
Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel.

We were delighted with the hotel; it is perfectly located for those wanting to party at the clubs (Ushuaïa and Hï are just a 5-minute walk away). We would like to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to Yaafar, our room attendant. This very kind gentleman provided great support and assistance when my husband fell ill. He took the time to hold my husband's hand for over 30 minutes, even though he hadn't finished his work yet. He helped me call emergency services (112), acted as an interpreter, and alerted reception to the paramedics' arrival so they could guide them to our room. He showed great empathy. Reception: very friendly staff, with several French speakers (a rarity in Spain). Cleanliness: the hotel was very clean. Bar: thanks to Gloria at the lobby bar for her smile, friendliness, and energy. Restaurant: good overall, though lacking variety. There was a lack of grilled dishes and fish options for a 4-star hotel. Nightclub tickets: available for purchase at the hotel. We will be back next year. We highly recommend this hotel.

Fergus Style Bahamas Ibiza
Location is good for beach club activities, there are many good quality places around but with high prices. It is on the sea side but sea on that side is quite wavy. Overall my rate to my hotel room is 1, because of dirty looking bad sheets, towels and humidity smelling room. What i paid for room was not worth at all. On the other hand they have amazing helpful staff, common areas are clean and staff is always there when you need. Their open buffet food is quite delicious and lot of variety. Plus it is a family hotel, you can survive as solo but not the best chose l.

Reception are rude
Nice hotel but the service is horrendous, reception staff are so rude and made me pay for another night when i showed them my confirmation and my bank statements, said we need to pay or go, Paula especially was so rude
