Not recommended. For the same price there are much better accommodations. Do not make the same mistake....
One of the worst things that can happen to you when you go on vacation is that they try to trick you or take you for a fool.
When we booked this accommodation, according to the text of the advertisement: “Next to the property there is a private parking space with an electronic charging station (for a fee). “There is also free street parking.”
Surely, 100% of the people who read the advertisement will interpret that there is a paid space and that you can park on the street if you do not use that space.
Well, according to the advertiser, this is not the case, they warn you in a private message that you cannot park on the street and that you have to do so in an area close to about 100 meters from the house. An area without light, a road with hardly any asphalt and little traffic, where you can even find the remains of a dead lamb. An area where, according to neighbors, cars appear with their windows blown out from time to time.
Two days later we received a message from the owner asking us not to park the car on the street, since we were breaking the rules of the house, which is a private street and the neighbors were complaining. Curiously, the supposed annoyances and complaints from neighbors disappear if the 20 euros a day are paid. A scam.
Given the warning from the owners that you cannot park on the street because it violates the house rules (which they have invented and which do not appear on any of the pages where they advertise their accommodation) there are several options:
- Go past them and park on the street, since as a tenant you have the right.
- Pay the 20 euros to park in the private space, even if you don't have an electric car and let them deceive you.
- Leave the car on Camino Las Bajas, more than 100 meters from the house, an area without surveillance, without electricity and where thefts are often committed against cars parked there.
- Leave the car parked in the nearest inhabited area, more than 1 km away, where nothing will surely happen to the car. Of course, you can enjoy the walk to the house in total darkness, not recommended if you are a little fearful.
To verify that everything I say is true, you just have to look at the nearby houses (I attach photos), where 3 or 4 cars park inside their land, doing a Tetris and even blocking the door of the house. If the area were safe, no one would go to so much trouble or make 40 maneuvers to park the cars at the house.
Another issue: when we arrived at the apartment, they were doing work on the street, work that we had not been informed about and that could affect our rest.
One day, while my oldest daughter was taking a shower, one of the workmen appeared at the bathroom window. When we contacted the owners complaining that they should have warned us if they were going to climb onto the roof of the house on the floor below, their response was that we could stay calm. It's that simple. Not an apology.
Not everything has been negative, since we have only used the apartment to sleep. The accommodation is not bad, but we DO NOT recommend it, neither because of the treatment received, nor because of the attempted deception.

Para nosotros es muy importante que los futuros huéspedes que vayan a leer dicha reseña entiendan que está llena de juicios de valor sin saber las causas, que se han tomado las molestias de criticar lo negativo y que deja mucho que desear lo estricto que puede llegar a ser sin conocer a las personas que hay detrás y la dedicación que han mostrado en cada detalle de los alojamientos.
Las fotos que muestran son bastante inoportunas, no sabemos dónde han encontrado los huesos de esos animales, como bien se indica en la descripción nos encontramos en un paraje natural con numerosos senderos y lo que se encuentren por ahí no podemos ser responsables y menos de lo que genere la naturaleza.
Sobre el aparcamiento, también como se informa en las numerosas plataformas, disponen los inquilinos de un parking en la puerta del alojamiento de carga eléctrica, un plus para el ecosistema y amantes del medio ambiente, pero obviamente se cobra por consumo de luz, algo muy lógico, ésto no quiere decir que si pagas puedes aparcar, debemos ser responsables de leer bien las normas y lo que se indica es que se debe reservar la plaza y es únicamente para coches eléctricos, abstenerse de esta plaza si no posee dicho vehículo ya que puede usarla otra persona que realmente la necesite, y si no es su caso deben aparcar fuera ya que se trata de una calle privada donde los vecinos locales tienen cada uno su plaza, debemos respetarnos como buenos ciudadanos para una buena convivencia, el hecho de que critique como aparcan los propietarios de sus casas no es asunto suyo ni responsabilidad nuestra, siempre y cuando dejen el acceso libre para los demás.
Tampoco es asunto suyo si estamos con obras de mejoras, para esto están las autoridades responsables, la foto que indica es de una persona que está trabajando y ésto sí vulnera sus derechos de imagen, nadie nos ha pedido permiso. Nos encargaremos de este punto más adelante.
Queremos dejar constancia que este comentario está muy alejado de la realidad y nos tomamos muy en serio nuestro trabajo, hemos decidido redactarlo de esta forma para que se vea claramente que no usamos inteligencia artificial ni estamos siendo hipócritas.
Debemos ser justos con los que realmente se toman las molestias en poner comentarios reales y constructivos para mejorar y éste no es el caso.
Sentimos mucho el tono y la energía que se ha generado pero debemos parar esta tónica de alguna forma, ya que lo profesional no debería ser lo opuesto a lo justo y necesario y la libertad de opinión no debería confundirse con la falta de respeto ni con la injusticia.

The area is far from town and doesn't seem to be safe, at least we experienced a car accident in the road because there is no light in the road, the road is too narrow and there is no place to reverse. Good luck if you are planning to arrive there at night. Be ready to play as the main role of a horror movie!
Not recommended for families. Electricity cuts of several times a day, apparently there is a problem with their installation which the hosts don't know how to fix it, or may not really bother for it. Although it may look like a cheap place to stay, but it's not value for money at all and I recommend to spend a bit more and stay in a safe relaxing place.

Just avoid this place and don't ruin your holiday
We had a horrible experience upon arrival and check in, and during our stay. First, the location which is in the middle of nowhere, and no street lights. Second, arrogant and rude owners which don't care about their guests experience in their property. They advertised that highlighting 24 hour reception desk, but no one was there when we needed help. The electric power cuts off frequently and we spent nights without electricity in there, never received an apology from the arrogant owners. The rooms were super dirty. And they didn't return our deposit in full, claiming there was some water on the floor when we left (they just looked for an excuse not to return the deposit)
