Great location
Good cleanliness throughout the hotel and the reception service is very nice and professional.

Lousy
*After spending an hour trying to figure out how the air conditioning worked, I called reception and they told me that they had to activate it, we came without knowing if it blew air, now, it did make noise...
*The bathroom is dirty, with a stained toilet seat and hair in the sink.
*When you moved the bed you noticed how the springs moved, very very uncomfortable.
*The bottom of the walls wallpapered and torn (with the paper hanging off)
In short, a very very old or very poorly maintained hotel, we will not return for sure!

plenty of local people eat there, nice and clean inside
near the Museum de Jamon and at the end of the main street in Aracena.

Well located, good price.
The hotel is perfectly located and it is easy to park the car near by it.
The staff are quite friendly and nice. The price was reasonable and there was not any problem at all carrying our dog. ( We just paid a small supplement).
We were lucky with the room booked and enjoyed a wonderful view of the castle from the room's window.
So far, it is look like a perfect paradise. On the other hand, the room was very old, clean, but old. The worst was the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant and uncomfortable. overall, the room was kind of depressing.
But for the price paid and the others pros, I totally recommend this hotel for one or two nights maximum.

En primer lugar nos gustaría agradecerle que nos eligiera para alojarse en Aracena, así como sus amables palabras sobre nuestro hotel y sus trabajadores. Nos complace que su estancia fuese agradable y le pareciese "estar en el paraíso".
Por otra parte, queremos informarle que sus palabras son tenidas en cuenta y estamos trabajando para mejorar nuestras instalaciones. En breve vamos a cambiar los colchones de nuestras camas matrimoniales y poco a poco introduciremos nuevas mejoras que iremos publicando.
