Very very nice place to stay. Small boutique hotel with excellent restaurant, winery, terasse And pool. Stuff was very helpful..❤️❤️❤️ Suita was huge clean and very cosy…thank you for excellent staying… we spent really great time in this hotel …

Great location but....

Top location, nice big rooms, (we had a junior suite). Actually a great thing but a big drawback is the lack of Service. Just a WhatsApp message with the access code to room and a terse info,the room is not ready until 17:00!? This means that the chilly afternoon by the pool is already cancelled once. No one can be found on arrival and until payment the next morning we did not meet any hotel staff. I don't know that from a 4 star hotel. No coffee/tea station in the room, a very barren breakfast buffet.

Central place to discover the wine region of Slovenia

This hotel is nicely located, the building beautiful and the restaurant highly recommended. However, there are also some downsides: the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom could be better and the cleaning of the room too. Our bed turned out not to be made, there were new towels laid. The breakfast was good quality but did not go flawlessly.

Great location needs some finessing

Receiving a code to get into your room ahead of check is great however having no staff on arrival isn’t quite the 4 star luxury you expect. The hotel has been done to a high standard but missing the finishing touches. We had no curtain in our room and then when it was solved after we questioned it the curtain came off the rail.
No coffee making facilities in the room, they mention you can help yourselves down stairs but then the machine is not set up. When we arrived we expected a bar area where we could grab a glass of wine , admire the view after a long drive especially given your in the heart of the wine making area. There was one guy rushing around doing everything , to be fair to him he worked his ass off but the whole experience was odd and not inviting. We booked the hotel because we wanted to go wine tasting and they show a great wine tasting room. We never saw this room and we had emailed in advance asking if we could some wine tasting they never responded. They also didn’t tell us about a super event happening over the weekend where 40
Vineyards had an open cellar for tasting. Luckily the bike hire guy told us about it. They don’t change towels or tidy rooms and the air conditioning unit is below the window so if you do get a curtain it blocks the unit so the window is lovely and cool but your left roasting in bed. The bed linen and quality of finish is all excellent. There so much potential here and the location and restaurant is excellent but lots to improve on.

Unfortunately disappointing and not as before

During our stay there was also a birthday party for party guests.
Therefore, the hotel could only be used to a limited extent (without price reduction). We were informed as guests only upon our arrival.
At the tasting we were left alone as guests in the wine cellar and in the restaurant the service staff was unfortunately not present until the end. The food was okay, but also unfortunately not as good as before. Menus on the menu have been completely abolished. Schade…
Breakfast is also very poor with dry white bread from the night before.
