An amazing stay and experience.
Amazing Stay and Truly Memorable Experience
I had an amazing stay at Pullman ZamZam Madina from 8–14 April 2026. This trip was especially meaningful for me, not only because I was performing my Umrah, but also because I celebrated my 55th birthday on 13 April during my stay.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the beautiful fragrance in the lobby, creating a very calming and luxurious atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking only around 10–15 minutes before I was able to enter my chosen room, the Deluxe Panoramic Haram View.
The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to look directly onto the spectacular Masjid Al-Nabawi and the Green Dome above the Prophet Muhammad SAW’s resting place was a deeply moving and unforgettable experience.
The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, only about a 3–4 minute walk to the men’s prayer area of Masjid Al-Nabawi, making it very easy to attend prayers. The hotel environment, cleanliness, facilities, and overall service were all excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
I would especially like to thank and appreciate Ms. Dalya Shahata for her prompt and thoughtful response to my emails before arrival regarding my request for a King Size Bed with a Panoramic Haram View from 11–14 April, as this option was unavailable during my online reservation. She went above and beyond by surprising me with an upgrade to a Junior Suite Panoramic Haram View — truly the most special birthday gift ever — along with a lovely chocolate birthday cake. You are the Best Dalya!
Thanks also to Fatma from the Front Office (I hope I remembered her name correctly), Mohamed Arslan from the Bellman team, who assisted with the room preparation, and all the staff at both restaurants for their warm hospitality and constant willingness to help with a smile.
I truly felt at home throughout my stay and sincerely appreciated the exceptional hospitality. I will definitely return to Pullman ZamZam Madina next year for my second Umrah and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

Very smooth check in process and very helpful staff...upgraded to junior suit and cool with late check in. Delicious breakfast with Haram View. 100% recommended

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. All the amenities were close by. Taxi's are right outside if you need. Will definitely use again.

It had been an amazing time at Pulman Zamzam. Nice and spacious room with a spectacular city view on 10th floor felt like home away from home. Breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. Special thanks to Ms. Abdullah, at reception for her courteous and awesome customer service during check-in. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
