Albota-a must for everyone in Transilvania!

Great facility, very good service and many possibilities.
There is the hotel, bungalows and outdoor facilities in Western style .
Sauna pool and sports field as well.
I drove my Bulli plus trailer on which my Triumph Tiger stood for 1 week.
Stayed in the hotel and made daily motorcycle tours in all directions.
So except for the (Czech) beer, they do everything themselves and at a fair price and very good.
Ingenious combination of gastronomy and agriculture...
Breakfast is included here and rich.
Only I would have liked more cheese, sausage and fruity (melon, kiwi, pineapple and co).
Otherwise eggs and sausages and bacon in all variants I really enjoyed!!
Also the staff here very friendly and super nice (best regards to my favorite with the longer black hair and long legs)
Food is very inexpensive and fresh and from ...around the corner...like trout, catfish and delicious Angus meat.
Highly recommended also for families with children, motorcycle riders etc. as there are many possibilities here....
I would love to come back!!

Cigarette smoke and the attitude make us unlikely to return anytime soon.

We often come here for trout fishing and sometimes to eat. I will try to be as objective as possible. We travel nearly two hours each way every time. Yesterday, July 23, 2026, we ordered food on the patio. Unfortunately, ten minutes later, people at nearby tables started smoking; a cigarette smoke cloud enveloped most of the tables, which certainly didn't help our appetites. Since we had a minor with us, we decided to eat inside—we had often seen customers dining there in the past. We were bluntly told, "It's not possible inside, only outside." When we asked why, they refused to engage in any further communication. In other words, we were forced to sit in the smoke—even at a different table, we were still inhaling it. I would have expected much more consideration for customers from this establishment—perhaps a designated smoking/non-smoking area? Like they have in the civilized world? A flat "not possible inside" without any explanation strikes me as backward; I’ve never seen anything like it anywhere else, and I’ve traveled across many continents. The waitress who served us was impeccable; she wasn't the one making the decisions. Unfortunately, you’ve pretty much lost us as customers; we’ve been left with a bitter taste in our mouths.

Worst experience ever!

I have only bad things to say, very expensive, terible services, we had to move from 1 table to another because they closed the rooms just to put all people in 1 room.

Bad experience

I was with fammily and we order some chicken and fries .Plates come really fast ,15 minutes,but soon we understood why:they where reheated left overs .Of course that service personal denyed.We pay ( really expensive comparative with competition)and walk away ,and clearly we never go again in this hole.i must specify that i was allready 3-4 times there and was ok ,but last visit was decisive.

Service good, fast. The quality of the cuisine has greatly diminished. Not ready fried, some ingredients, e.g. greens "ubersp.

I found the Thay/Mini pepperoni (3 cm), ultra-spicy, but nowhere near as aromatic as the local pepperoni (ardei iute, 10-15 cm), very bad.
Inexplicably, you can get them in a lot at harvest time. Only pickled ones were served in April anyway.
