The rom was clean, but the toilet was leking water from cistern. Must say once more serum helpfull staff!

The hotel had an impressive reception and first floor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the third floor was disappointing due to a strong smell of smoke and worn hallways. Although the rooms were better, they still showed signs of age. Overall, the positive first impression was overshadowed by the conditions on the third floor. Feedback to the hotel could help improve these issues for future guests.

Ok place - super pricey for $400 Canadian a night was 2 beds and pullout bed like 300 sq ft .. the only good thing was about 10 min from airport about 15 min taxi ride

The experience was not satisfactory. The service could have been more attentive. We arrived for a night of rest after an exhausting trip back to Brazil. We were given a room that wasn't very clean, and there was no restaurant service available.

Staff were excellent, very welcoming and service was superb.
However the property maintenance needs attention as the room telephone was disconnected (no wire), the room furnishings were a little dated and you can see some visible defects around and in the hallway the wallpaper is peeling....
Shuttle bus runs from 8:30am onwards, hence if you have earlier flight you have to rely on a taxi or uber.
Location is right next to the airport, which is convenient for a night stop only. Nothing much around the area to see.
I don't think the hotel should charge a similar rate to the hotels in the central city near tourist attractions as the location serves a night stop purpose for customers travelling via Lisbon airport.
Overall the stay was good due to the excellent service provided by staff, so weldone to them.
