Beautiful views of mountains, if you have a balcony room.

I loved this little hotel. I came as part of an American-Polish educational exchange and found the food filling and varied enough for my taste. The staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful. My room had a fabulous view. Only downside were the many stairways up to my room (top floor) then down to the basement level for meals. But is was a good workout for me. That is not a complaint. I was there for two weeks, with no complaints!

Almost excellent

In general i am very satisfied with the hotel with some points to improve. The location is good - close to the center, but at the same time in quiet area. The personnel is very helpful - answered any question we asked. Our room was quite small - i would say not more than 10-12 sq.m. but there was enough space for me and my friend. The hotel is quite new, so no smell of old things or dust. Bed linen is new, towels - could be better and plus no towel for the feet in the bathroom. This is a real lack cause the floor in the bathroom is cold and is not heated. In general in rooms was a bit chilly but we asked for heater and got it in few minutes and after that it was totally fine. The room was cleaned i think first 2 days out of 4, which was strange for me. Plus i left once towels on the floor (thought they will change it as in the other hotels), but cleaning lady just put them back on my bed) So no one changed towels for us during our stay of 4 nights - should be definitely improved.
In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water - nothing was fulfilled during our stay - would be nice if it was)
Breakfast is great - scrambled eggs, sausages, good coffee, good variety of cold meats and cheese - smth new every day, vegetables, bread, few salads, nutella, etc. The plates are fulfilled asap - even in big hotels it is not the case. The only minus - no juice or water.
I think the owners should improve a bit and there will be only excellent reviews after)

tylko jeden dzień w Krynicy i w hotelu , ale bardzo miły

bardzo ładny hotel, świetnie położony, cisza, czysciutko, w pokoju czajnik, kawa, herbata, woda mineralna Kryniczanka ! ,
bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa, Najwiekszym zaskoczeniem, miłym, było śniadanie, mimo, że byłem w okresie , kiedy praktycznie nie ma gości ( poza sezonem) śniadanie przygowane w formie bufetu, bardzo dobre, wszystko świeżutkie i smaczne, dodatkowo jajecznica lub parówki. Bardzo polecam.

Weekendowy wypad.

Mieliśmy z mężem wykupiony weekendowy pobyt (promocja weekend we dwoje czy jakoś tak). I jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Obsługa miła, kulturalna. Śniadania bardzo dobre a pokoje czyste. Idelane miejsce na romatyczny wypad (małym minusem było dla nas podanie frytek do "romantycznej kolacji" ale co kto lubi). Polecamy!

Spokój i cisza

Spędziliśmy w kolejnym roku tydzień ferii zimowych. Czysto, cicho, spokojnie, domowe jedzenie. Wygodne łóżko, czajnik, herbata w pokoju, telewizor. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Właściciel bardzo miły i usłużny.
Parking mógłby być większy.
