I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all three times, and there is a skylight over the bathtub. The bathroom is very pretty and there are good pillows. The room is spacious, and Frank ( and the entire staff) ensure you have all you need .

Dirty room

When we arrived we noticed that the bed was with insects, as well as the room, in the upper part of the room there were spiders in insects hanging, in the lower part of the bed was full of dust and in the head of the bed there was spider web and dust, in the toilet the laundry room was dirty stained with dead insects stuck, apparently do not perform a deep cleaning and the pillows and blankets smelled damp, and to top off the girl who received us was not at all kind.

The location and facilities are fine, the hotel is quite friendly, but so far. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, very poorly educated, reluctantly. I booked 2 rooms, one double and one quadruple, as I was traveling with mus 4 children. Upon arrival the lady did not have our reservation handy and also told me that the quadruple was not available, she had to call the owner or his boss, who told him to give me two doubles and to tell us that there were no quadruples. I explained that I had booked the quadruple and told me that these rooms did not exist (obviously I paid more for the quadruple than for the double), even though ns gave two rooms the same. We request extra towels and toilet paper, but all very unwillingly, very unfriendly and untrained staff. Arriving at breakfast at 8:30, there was nothing, all empty. We had to request it, telling him that there were 6 of us was like dropping the world. The place has important potential, but the Service and attention really bad.

Disappointing experience

I went with my partner on 31/05 to celebrate an anniversary, hoping to find an unforgettable experience, the place is nice, but not well maintained, the room super cold, had no tables or chairs to leave luggage and we had only 2 pillows. The staff is not qualified for a hotel, they have no treatment, they are not friendly or caring about the guest, they did not lend us a blanket for the cold and wanted to charge us 10 extra dollars for a heater. The TV didn't work and you don't want to report or say something to the two girls anymore because they definitely wouldn't give us a favorable response. Ask for some details per anniversary but they couldn't respond either. a disappointing experience, ultimately not worth what they charge.

Very nice Lodge. It is located on the side of a river and between the forest passes a path that leads to the village.

Magical place Very nice Lodge well decorated rustic respects the environment without impacting with nature. It has a spa with a very good view.
Yoga area and rich breakfast. I would love to return I recommend it.
The rooms on the second floor have a better view of the forest.
