A very nice and friendly hotel.
The staff is very friendly and takes great care of the guests. Moreover, everyone here has very good English skills. In-room dining is also great when you are too tired to go out.
The food was absolutely delicious and always prepared with great dedication. Mr. Mr. Haider has done a great job here. Super friendly, open, and accommodating.
The hotel is also very clean, modern, and you can really feel the luxury service here.
You will not regret it.

An Exceptional Stay Defined by Perfection and Outstanding Service
The quality of service is simply exceptional without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. Every member of the staff demonstrates remarkable professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.
The spa is a true haven of peace. The treatments offered, the quality of the products, and the excellence of the care were all absolutely perfect. The food is delicious, and the service whether by the pool or in the restaurants is impeccable. We were especially touched by the many thoughtful attentions given to guests, which made the experience even more unique and memorable.
We would like to extend a very special thank you to Nada and Atena for their warm welcome, kindness, and thoughtful attentions. They truly contributed to making our stay even more special.

Kempinski standards combined with Omani hospitability made the most faultless exceptional stay
This hotel is exceptional ! Omani hospitality coupled with Kempinski standards makes this hotel absolutely faultless.
The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you. The intentional personalised hospitality; along with the immaculately clean room, pools and beaches made us never want to leave.
We absolutely loved it here and would most definitely return again.
Special mention for Holino at Cafe One who made our every afternoon tea very special.

A true diamond
Firstly our pick up and drop off was arranged with the hotels car a BMW I7 and both the drivers were polite and friendly.
As we walked through the entrance of the hotel to check in the first impression was stunning and very elegant.We were efficiently checked with a warm welcome and taken to our suite on the third floor.The suite was perfect with a beautiful view.Our housekeeper kept our room immaculate.
We were quick to find out that we had certainly picked the perfect hotel.We have stayed in many luxury hotels and the Kempinski Muscat has to be put to the top of any hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world.But what makes this hotel so special is the staff, they are truly amazing.Each one you engage with has time to chat and ask about your day and also it was nice to find out information about them to.
We had breakfast in the kitchen every morning.We were met each morning with a wonderful smile and shown to our table.From our second morning we were never asked our room number again as they had remembered it.The selection at breakfast was outstanding.The restaurant manager her team also the chefs ,kitchen staff ,cleaners and the lovely man who swept the floors they deserve 5 stars.
We had afternoon tea delightful in cafe one every day apart from one where we had a treat in the luxury Anwaj lounge.The 3 ladies who looked after us Kyra,Holino and Hnin in cafe one we felt we had known them for ages by the end of our week.
In an evening we ate at Bukhara Indian Soi Soi Thai Zale beach bar and restaurant and steak night in the Kitchen which were all exceptional and looked after my husbands gluten free diet with care.Thanks to Tiffany who found us where ever we were in the hotel to see if everything was ok.We finished our night off with a few cocktails in the cigar bar and looked after by two nice barman Richard and Honey
The pool staff were very helpful and again friendly and prepared our sun beds and gave us a cool box filled with ice and bottles of water.
The grounds of the hotel are kept immaculate by the hotel gardeners who always lifted their heads and smiled as you walked past.
This hotel is truly a diamond and every member of staff have a part to play so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.I have never left a hotel with so many hugs from members of staff.We left with special memories.
I would 100% recommend this hotel you would not be disappointed and Oman is a lovely country.
