The room smelled humid when arriving. It was dirty inside where I found some hair in the bed both first and second night (another colour that mine).
The personnel when I arrived did not great me with a welcome, but sat and did other things. After a couple of minutes he just said "yes?", no welcome at all. He gave me a key and said the floor the room was on, no smile nor more information about the stay. First when I checked out was a women that actually greeted me nicely.
The room was also worn which made it look dirtier. The desk was in glas and you could also see the dust on it. Noted there was a kettle on the table but no outlet to put it in close to the table. There was only one on the bed frame (that moved when you put in a cable) and one in the corridor on the floor where you came in.
I think this place has been nice, but would need some updates to feel like a 4 stars hotel again. The coffee was nice and the room was dark when you were going to sleep. No issue with it being too loud.

Tidy up beds

Creaking beds that didn't get any better even though we got to change rooms. Disturbed sleep. Got a new room in a very worn-out building 500 meters from our hotel with still creaky beds.

Very small room

Room not as described. Facility's not as shown. Our room was a tiny disgrace. When I asked to move was told it was standard room same as the rest. Photo shows other wise. The small table was broken. 1 hanger no wardrobe? Reception did not care.

Just okay, and certainly not worth the price, even for being located in the city center. The rooms are tiny and ours suffered a serious lack of light with the black paint and "modern" decor. It comes off as sleek in photos but tacky and impractical in reality. The glass table was also a nuisance in the dark (great way to stub your tow multiple times).
The shower was a little ridiculous: Normally, in an open shower format with no tub, pan, or door, the floor slopes slightly so water can lead to a drain, but not at this hotel. The water will get everywhere, and they're aware, because they put a squeegee in the shower for you to clean it up each and every time yourself. Also the shower pressure is not great in any setting.
The room itself was clean and didn't smell, but I can't overstate the grossness of the rotting fish smell coming from the lobby and hallways every day. It was nauseating.
The breakfast is the good thing here. The gluten free section was kind of sad, but it's still great in comparison to a lot of other breakfasts.
Overall, eh, it's okay.

Too basic for how expensive it is

Expensive junior suite with an ugly view of an interior courtyard. Bathroom super poorly equipped - it didn't even have anywhere to hang towels. Room service did not remove the cups. Breakfast just barely enough and coffee machines exasperatingly slow, long lines. But the worst part: unfriendly receptionist who acted like she was doing you a favor every time you asked her for something (e.g., the toilet paper that their room service hadn't restocked). Watch out for taxi bookings from the company Cristiania (there is a booking machine at the front desk). They give you an approximate price to get you as a client and then they charge you triple. Do not let yourselves be fooled.
