The best thing about this hotel was its location. A 5 minute walk into the lovely centre of Sluis. Parking is free and plentiful at the hotel. The hotel itself was disappointing, outdated & in need of refurbishment. Staff were unfriendly. The breakfast was average. The room was big and comfortable but again outdated & in need of modernising. No kettle in the room, no air conditioning.

Pure horror

Not a single euro has been invested in this hotel in 20 years. It all looks nice in pictures, but once inside you imagine yourself in a ghost lock. Breakfast: to cry: worst ever in my entire life. Rooms small and with hot shower you can choose between ice water and boiling water. Although, choosing is an option because depending on who showers near you. Do you like mold: this is the right place. A reason for me never to go to another Fletcher hotel again.

Worst hotel ever

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at
Culinary package booked for two nights
Three course menu of which no supplement had to be paid only on dessert this was also the best of the menu, the culinary extra that had to go with the menu was non-existent both staff of the restaurant and the staff at the reception could not give us an explanation for this and did not even know this
By contrast, the restaurant staff was the only positive thing about this hotel these people were super friendly and helpful
Room no air conditioning, sagging beds, dust everywhere on the furniture, white curtains were extremely dirty and in the room was a fan that did not work
damage to the wallpaper and carpet everywhere

Looks good on the outside, but not on the inside.

The balcony was dirty. Ashtrays were full.
The room was completely worn out. No refrigerator, no coffee maker, just a kettle and plastic cups. The carpet is buckling and the wallpaper is peeling off.
Breakfast was okay. Also there: Carpet that is sticky in places.
The outdoor terrace is pretty, but dirty.
Sufficient parking and close to the center.

Good location and parking facilities, nice and generous breakfast. Rooms rather old and dusty, limited amenties, tv with very limited channel selection.
