Située à proximité directe de sa propre plage privée, la Vila "PM" propose un hébergement climatisé à Ljuta, sur la côte de la baie de Kotor. Elle possède un jardin avec une terrasse et un barbecue.

Enjoy a place of paradise
This place was absolutely beautiful. We didn't know what to expect, but certainly were not disappointing. Spotlessly clean. We had a lovely warm welcome from the host and the family were so hospitable, warm and welcoming. The view from the apartment was utterly gorgeous, the beach immediately in front of us on two sides was a delight for the swimming. Sun loungers were numbered according to apartment number. Went on the boat trip and explored lots of Kotor. However, a car is recommended, but we explored as much as possible by the local bus, as within the area there is only one supermarket that sells everything and there is a bread shop on the opposite side of the supermarket. You are limited in terms of eating places within the area as there are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance, hence a car is important. Buses should have run every hour, but they came as and when and everyone was packed on like sardines in a tin. Buses very cheap at 1€ to Kotor. We flew into Dubrovnik, which wasn't necessary and a long journey as you have 2 border controls to pass through. Far easier to fly into TIVAT airport which is only about 6kms away from this lovely place of paradise. The downside was that we wanted to explore lots in KOTOR old town, but sadly the passengers on the cruise ships had priority, so the tour buses etc were blocked booked and we couldn't enjoy. But it didn't deter us. Finally will definitely go back.

Great place to stay in Kotor!
We stayed here for six days. We were very satisfied with absolutely everything. Maria is incredibly caring and helpful. She helped us with many things and was very friendly. Villa PM was a very good choice for accommodation. Its own beach is incredibly beautiful. The rooms and balcony views are very nice. It was also a more logical choice to stay in Dobrota region because it is close to both Perast and Kotor Old Town.

Amazing location and friendly hosts
Location is amazing, fantastic view. Hosts were very friendly except for the beach man who told me off for moving an umbrella so I could have shade. He was very rude.
The host organised a boat trip for us, the boat picked us up at the dock belonging to the hotel - fabulous
There is a supermarket, restaurant and bus stop near by.
The day we where leaving the mother brought us some hot home made doughnuts she made for us to eat on the bus. They were delicious and such a lovely gesture.
Would highly recomend

Awful experience and ruined vacation
We had booked an apartment for 3 nights. After the first two nights we were asked to leave because some child has gotten sick and there was absolutely no possibility to ask them to leave (be aware, a very common scam in Montenegro). The host found us another apartment in Dobrota with a street view and of course no beach. The new apartment is much smaller and simply awful. The smell from the bathroom is unbearable. There is no way to escape the noise from the road. There is even no kettle in the kitchen.
Needless to say that we are very disappointed. We went to Kotor to enjoy the beach and the sea view, not the noisy road and smell from the sink. The host said that we could still use the beach but there is absolutely no way anyone would like to go this far in wet clothes.
Speaking about Villa PM - the beach at villa was great for sure. The apartment itself was very dirty, the furniture is falling apart. We would still love to stay one more night because of the beach but it was not possible. Apparently they have sold our apartment to someone else for a higher price...
We even cant leave a negative feedback on booking.com because Maria emailed us that she would book the apartment for us herself.
Think twice before booking an apartment here!

Vila PM in Dobrota is an amazing place
The place is amazing, the owners are very kind. We had a beatuiful 3 days there. We could have a rest in this calm and silent sorround. People are smiling, there are no big crowds. Wheather was no good (rainy) but we could spend a beautiful time in the Vila PM.
