Perfect Parasise!!!
Just returned from an incredible week at the Conrad Tulum! As a family of seven, we were hesitant to book a resort that wasn’t traditionally all-inclusive, but once we discovered they offered an all-inclusive package, we decided to give it a try and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we had an amazing experience. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully modern. The food was another highlight and is where Conrad Tulum truly stands out from many traditional all-inclusive resorts. The quality, presentation, and variety were exceptional, and every meal exceeded our expectations. If you’re worried about the sargassum, don’t let it keep you from visiting this beautiful paradise. The beach was cleaned every morning, and it never prevented us from swimming or snorkeling every day. We made unforgettable memories and would absolutely return. Highly recommend Conrad Tulum to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing vacation with exceptional service and outstanding dining.

Where Luxury Meets Genuine Kindness
This was our third stay at Conrad Tulum, and somehow it was even more special than the previous two. This time, we brought our one-year-old daughter for her very first visit, along with my mother-in-law, making it an unforgettable family vacation.
From the moment we arrived, every single team member welcomed us with such genuine warmth that it truly felt like coming home. We had originally booked two separate rooms, but the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful two-bedroom suite. That thoughtful gesture made all the difference for our family, giving us the perfect space to relax together while still having privacy. It was an incredible start to an amazing stay.
A very special thank you to Israel and Anette, who completely exceeded our expectations. Their kindness, attention to detail, and sincere care left us speechless. They didn’t just provide exceptional service—they made us feel like family.
The housekeeping team also deserves so much recognition. We were pampered with impeccable twice-daily service. Every morning after breakfast we returned to a beautifully refreshed room, and every evening they prepared everything for turndown service. They always made sure we had plenty of bottled water and extra Nespresso pods. As my family is from Italy, we enjoy several espresso shots throughout the day, and this thoughtful touch made us feel especially at home.
Maratea quickly became our favorite restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning, and it was consistently outstanding. The fresh fruit was beautifully prepared based on our own selection, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious.
Traveling with a one-year-old can make dining away from home a challenge, but the entire team made it effortless. They happily adapted our meals to accommodate our daughter’s needs and cravings, and they would always warm and fill her bottles with whole milk. Their patience, flexibility, and kindness allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every meal.
A special thank you as well to Chef Tareh, who went above and beyond on our final evening. Since we had to head back to our suite early to put our daughter to bed, he thoughtfully sent us three beautiful desserts to enjoy in our room. It was such a generous and heartfelt gesture that perfectly reflected the level of care we experienced throughout our stay.
One of our most treasured memories happened on our last day, when Israel handcrafted a little grillo (cricket) out of a coconut leaf and took the time to explain how he made it. It was such a personal and meaningful gesture that perfectly captured the genuine hospitality of Conrad Tulum. It wasn’t just a souvenir—it became a memory we’ll cherish for years to come.

A Truly Memorable Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our family vacation at the Conrad Tulum. There were so many great activities to enjoy throughout our stay, and we highly recommend participating in them, especially the early morning yoga classes with Juan and the afternoon arts and crafts sessions for adults.
What truly stood out to us, however, was the kids’ daycare program. Our child had an amazing time every day, participating in arts and crafts, sports, and other fun activities. The staff was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, making us feel completely comfortable and allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our vacation. A special thank you to Mariana, Denisse, and Ruth, who were absolutely wonderful. A Perfect Weekend Escape – Relaxing, Enriching & Family-Friendly
We stayed at the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya from Friday afternoon to Sunday, and it was exactly the kind of reset we needed.
After just a couple of days soaking up the sun by the peaceful, palm-lined pools and listening to the waves crashing just steps away, I left feeling completely recharged. While it’s a resort, it truly has the feel of a boutique luxury hotel—beautifully designed spaces, a calm atmosphere, and incredible attention to detail throughout.
One of the highlights for me was the food. I was especially impressed by the variety of vegan and plant-based options available at every restaurant—something you don’t always find done this well.
The activities program really stood out and added something unique to the experience. The workshops were a perfect way to break up the day, get out of the sun for a bit, and connect with other guests. They felt both fun and therapeutic. During our stay, we decorated ceramic jewelry trays, made macramé coasters, painted magnets, created smudge sticks, and even participated in an oracle reading session. It made the whole weekend feel more meaningful, and I loved being able to take home little souvenirs we created ourselves. The entertainment team was also incredibly friendly and made every activity enjoyable.
The kids club was another huge highlight. The activities kept the kids fully engaged—they were constantly excited to go back and couldn’t stop talking about what they had learned during storytelling sessions and the crafts they made. It gave us the perfect balance between quality family time by the pool and some quiet moments to relax, knowing they were having a great time.
We were lucky with the weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The kids also loved ordering room service and stopping by the coffee shop throughout the day for ice cream and brownies—little moments that made the trip even more special.

Our stay at the Conrad Tulum was absolutely breathtaking! The resort is beautiful, and the service made our trip even more memorable.
A huge thank you to Miguel and Alex at the front desk for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. Isidrio, one of the golf cart drivers, was always so kind and friendly. We’d also like to recognize Gustavo from housekeeping, who kept our room immaculate and surprised my daughter with a small toy cat. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her day and meant so much to our family.
