Excellent service at the Casona de Tete.

Beautiful Casona and excellent service, very friendly staff at all shifts. Delicious breakfast and the room was very beautiful. The hotel's location is very central for getting around the center of Lagos de Moreno. THANK YOU for the attention provided.

Wear his heart on his sleeve

Discovered on the recommendation of a friend, I had never been to a boutique hotel.
The welcome, the kindness, the desire to meet customer requirements amazed me.
Having your own stone jacuzzi remains a pleasure that I will not forget
Breakfast is a delight and being French, I was given little treats, which I particularly appreciated.
Body/beauty treatments at the hotel are available and I took the opportunity to have a wonderful manicure and a relaxing massage for 1 month!!!
The team is human-sized and hardworking.
Not speaking a word of Spanish, they all helped me to feel good and to finalize the purpose of my stay.
The city in summer is pleasant and walking in the parks is a real treat.
The only downside remains the church bells and train sirens. So earplugs
remain rigorous.
I have only one desire: to return to spend at least 1 week at the Casona de Tete, do the same, you will not regret it!!!

DON'T MISS STAYING HERE

We loved this place. Very tastefully and authentically decorated. Super clean, great service, and perfect location. We highly recommend it
We had the master suite and despite the age of the place (18th century), all amenities including hot water and water pressure worked great.
We enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub - built for two.

Great Boutique Hotel in Lagos de Moreno

This is the second time staying at this hotel in Lagos de Moreno. The first time was in April 2016. We loved it so much we returned again this past June 23 through June 30.
We again stayed in a Master Suite, and it was everything we could ask for. Very large, with 20ft high ceilings, and a extra large master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, large separate shower and separate toilet area. The room was decorated beautifully, and was kept spotless each day. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. Each morning they prepared our breakfast, and always chatted with us when we were in. We love this place, and plan on returning again very soon as we have family in the area.
Thank you La Casona de Tete and staff for being so wonderful to us, and keeping up a great little gem of a hotel.

A gem in the heart of Mexico

We were doing a road trip in Mexico visiting "Magic Towns" and Lagos de Moreno was our second stop. We booked one night here because it was one of the best rated in the city. We regret not staying more time! This small hotel has only six rooms so you have to book in advance specially during holidays and the staff treats you so great we felt like home. We loved the decoration of our room and they told us each room has a different decoration Location is great as everything is walking distance in the historical town.
We definitely will stay here again!
