Feedback on the Pool Area
The staff at the pool reception did not appear very welcoming or engaged. They seemed uninterested, provided only short answers, and offered little information. As a first-time visitor, I had to figure out most things on my own. A more friendly and informative approach would create a much better first impression.
I visited on Monday at 10:00 a.m. While there were already quite a few visitors when I arrived, the pool became very crowded after about two hours. On a positive note, the staff working at the pool café that day were friendly and provided excellent service.
The pool area includes designated shelves for slippers, but very few guests use them. Instead, slippers are left near the pool entrance, creating unnecessary clutter. As guests leave the water, it can be difficult to find a clean and safe place to step. This could be improved by having staff regularly remind guests to use the designated slipper area and by maintaining better order around the pool entrance.
One thing I found surprising was that visitors were allowed to bring mobile phones into the pool area, where many children are present in their swimwear. This raises privacy concerns, as it is difficult to know whether someone is taking photos or recording videos of others. Restricting phone use, or at least clearly regulating photography and videography in the pool area, would help create a safer and more comfortable environment for all guests.

A hotel that does not live upp to its stars
As a chef and 8years of Hotel Restaurants experience I was schocked so many times I will try to give my review as honest and short as I can.
The trip was bought true Hotels.com on sale, wich schocked me because my girlfriend who is from Lithaunia told me we would have been better off buying it directly from The Hotel itself. Why because the price we payed even though on sale was 3 times as much then ordering yourself, and you will get included food, for evening and morning swimming pool and also all the Health care treathments true your stay for 7 days.
Turned we payed 3 times the price excluded evening dinner and health treathment. Luckly breakfast and swimming pool was included.
So I tried to speak about this with The reseption wich was very hard to talk to in English sending us up and down to speak to others about how we wanted to pay for having it included and sorted out. They told us we orderd true a third party Hotels.com calling it Expedia instead .. after long discusion and trying to tell them that we at least wanted food for evening 7days we ended up paying extra for the evening buffee food. But the health treatment told us we had to pay 2000 euros for all 7 days in totall aftet paying almost 1500Euro. Pluss 300 Euro extra for evening dinner. I think you get the point here. Very strange system and over pay and no undertanding like they dont speak English, turns out they do speak English they just dont care.
At the swimming aera, before walking in your not greeted happy, but instead it feels like your talking to an employee that works in jail not a Hotel. No smile no kind words just a very rude and cold welcoming same in reception and other parts of the hotel. Execpt for the cleaning room crew wich are amazing and welcoming and they do their jobb very well!

Short to The Beach
The Cake Bufee is good!
Tea and coffee machines are good!
The bad parts:
A long walk from the city
Sadly the food appart from the cakes are not to a high buffee standard.
Note: We ate sallad and found Black gloves wich the workers use inside one of the sallad, telling it to the employe wich then told us that we could get a free dessert while there is already free dessert at the Buffee and cakes makes me feel like they dont care.
Allot of The food was re used and allot of the food was packed inside and it did not feel fresh many times only one time it would be out of the 7 days fresh made food like Blue Shell or slow cooked meat.
The toilets turn off the light automatic while your not moving so if you sit on the toilet the room becomes dark and even though you move the sensor doesnt pick it up leaving you in a dark room and also broken flush buttons, after 3 days I had to tell the employees to fix this and I couldnt accept it to be like this at an almost 5 star hotel.
The hot water at the hotel room is horrible sudden cold and sudden warm, cant use the shower while someone is brushing teeth only to get sudden hot or cold water.
The Tv on the room is tiny and channels seems to be careless not and some would even work at all only a black screen.
Wifi is free but the signal is really bad working onlu in some areas.
The worst part is the hostile and non friendly to people from diffrent countries like from Norway or so they need an routine on how to care and welcome people from other countries leaving them feel happy and safe at their hotels.

Overhyped hotel
The hotel felt very crowded. The pool area is big with various jacuzzis and saunas, but even then, it felt crowded with people allowed to be admitted to pool without having to be guests in the hotel. The time at the pool is also limited to 3 hours a day which you are not allowed to split into several visits. Spent most of our time in the pool hunting for chairs which was nearly impossible with people leaving personal items on them and yet never coming back. The huge screen at the pool was a novelty, but eventually we became annoyed by loud ads of the hotel. Buffet style restaurant was pretty good but again, difficult to navigate due to number of people trying to do the same. Oh, and you have to pay for parking if you’re lucky to find a spot. Overall, there are better hotel options in the surrounding area.
