Comfort and Quiet

Large, roomy, rooms with good appliances and comfortable furniture. The hotel is very new and opulent in style. Good value for money. Negatives: breakfast starts at 07.00hrs - too late for some business travelers.

Improving

Visit this hotel and restaurant on a regular basis and both the service and standards of food are increasing. Regardless of what you are looking to eat, if it’s not on the menu the chef will try his/her best to accommodate. Never any problems at this location and all the staff are friendly speaking multiple languages.

The best hotel in Atyrau!

We stayed for 3 days with 3 small kids (pre-school age) in a junior suite at the Sultan Palace Hotel and enjoyed every minute of it! The room was excellent, very clean and stylishly furnished. We also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and free, safe parking. The food was ok, but doesn't match the qualities of the hotel itself. By far the best hotel in Atyrau at a very reasonable price. Highly recommnded!

one might say .... an oasis
in the desert !!
the structure is huge and very very beautiful. Neat and very clean rooms. The service, however, is definitely not up to five stars. a similar hotel should not charge the bill on arrival and before collecting the keys. In the reception two young girls have happened to me that, inpacciate in the English language, have succeeded just to communicate jl minimum union. In the restaurant most of the wines written on the menu were not available, the table was obviously dirty and the service very incomplete and slow.
At breakfast it was necessary to continually call the waiter to bring back the finished food or drinks. such a hotel should have impeccable service, otherwise it is more correct to remove a star.

Very nice

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, for only 72 euro a night.
Internet is free, but slow and i did not get my wakeup call. Breakfast was ok. The staff is nice and I would stay here again.
