Nice hotel and central to everything.
Hotel is well situated close to city centre, Kutomon markets and Dotonbori river boat district.
Rooms are clean but small 17.5 sq m (average size for this area). Being older we chose twin single beds for more floor space. Rooms 804 - 808 top floor have a view and sunlight. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good (a microwave supplied).
A 7/11 is situated across the road and a small bar and eatery on the corner is diagonally across from the 7/11. Food and alcohol are inexpensive and delicious.
Hotel is well recommended 3 star.

Staff are friendly. May let you check in maybe 30 mins early depending on availability. Free amenities like cotton buds, hair brush, body sponge, hair elastics, mouth wash liquid sachets (very mild mouth wash - may not even have alcohol content), drip coffee sachets, black tea sachets and Pajamas.
They only provide you with one card. You can leave the card with reception if you scare of losing it as additional fees apply for losing the card.
Room is a little spacious than average cause the toilet and shower are separated. Some corner of the toilet have mold and I find the wallpaper especially in toilet is dirty. They only provide one disposable slippers for each guest. The water system in shower is weird? Like its either real hot or you get really cold water. Our first night we had to spend 20 mins trying to adjust the water as it wouldn't work.
You get your own A/C so you can adjust temperature and there is an air Purifier. Only one seat for dining so if there's two of you, you will need to sit on the bed.
No room cleaning unless you want to pay ¥2000 yen per night for them to clean or change bed sheet. We just leave our bin and used towels / pj) outside our room and they'll empty the bin for you. Though you need to ask for new fresh towels from reception as the cleaner don't leave any new towels on the door.
Shower products are from Pola. I like the smell of the body wash but it doesn't last very long.
Late fees per hour is expensive. Check out is at 10am. If you late it's ¥1,500 late fees per hour.
Overall it's not bad as location close to kurumon market but otherwise we might try other places.

The room was bigger than other hotels I stayed at in Osaka.
