Great stay.
Stayed here for a few days with my wife and two teenage sons. Room size was acceptable and far better than the box we stayed in, in Tokyo.
The check-in was fairly quick. The room was clean and quite comfortable too. The location is a little bit out of the way if you want to go to the main tourist areas, but that might suit some people who want a quieter stay. It’s a short walk to the station and there are local places to eat too.
The breakfast was reasonable with varied options. There is also a a 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. Also a Donqui.
Would recommend.

Since the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent. We got greeted and when the front desk workers where taking "too" long (we didn't wait more than 5 mins), we were escorted to a different floor to be checked-in, we were offered a cold drink and a light snack. Also, they did housekeeping every day, repleshined our bottled water and coffee. We received excellent service at Teppanyaki Ousaka restaurant! We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel with access to a full-scale gym / 本格的なジムが利用できるホテル
このホテルに隣接してGOLD’S GYMがあり、宿泊者はこの施設をビ ジター料金の半額1320円で、ジムエリア、浴室、サウナなどが利用できます。今年の3月31日までは25ｍ屋内プールも利用できましたが、残念なことに施設の老朽化のためプールエリアは閉館してしまいました。
A Gold’s Gym is located right next to the hotel; guests can use the facility—including the gym area, baths, and sauna—for 1,320 yen, which is half of the visitor rate. Although the 25-meter indoor pool was available until March 31 of this year, the pool area has unfortunately closed due to the aging of the facility.

Decently sized room, bathroom was very tiny and we kept tripping over the step down. Beds were comfortable, the staff were happy to provide additional pillows and blankets. Cleaning was very exact, if rubbish wasn't in the bin they didn't take it (so no tax receipts could be accidentally taken!). Staff were all very friendly and helpful and worked around my terrible Japanese. Safe in the room was awkward and often got stuck and wouldn't open when entering our code, but the staff were happy to help.
The location was great, Juso station is close and is an amazing junction that gets you to Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto on one line, Hankyu rail. Juso is also a really interesting place and there was a exhibit in the hotel about the history of the area, which I loved. I would happily come back here.

Reasonable hotel
This was a reasonable hotel, least favorite on our stay and that was because of the bathroom. You have to step up pretty high to go into the cubicle that is the bathroom so also stepping out was a challenge. The beds were the hardest of our entire trip. We liked the location in that it was close to a train station and there were good local restaurants nearby. The breakfast was quite good, especially the make your own pancakes.
