The Hotel Arivio provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Nanao will find that the Hotel Arivio is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is only 200m from Nanao Station and 50km from Noto Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Seeing Nanao's sights from this hotel is easy with Honfuchujido Park, Ipponsugi Street and Komaruyama Castle Ruins Park all close by. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.

Serviceable pit stop to begin a tour of Noto Peninsula
So we found ourselves in the 24 sqm "Universal Room", booked over the phone for ¥15,500 a night. (I just realised we were not given the same room that we had reserved, which is the "Special Room", but given that they are the same size, it doesn't matter.)
Since this is the first English review for this hotel, I thought I'd leave a slightly more detailed review.
I'd suggest taking the extra step to ring the hotel up for the "Special Room", because you can otherwise only book the tiny 15 sqm Twin rooms online. The price difference is a paltry ¥2,000 or so but the extra space is noticeable.
If you drive, the hotel suggests that you park at Level M2 of the carpark, from which there is a direct path to the hotel. However, that path consists of a flight of stairs and a narrow corridor, so I'd advice those with bags to unload at the street level and bring them to the front desk. Discounted parking is ¥500 per night.
(If you don't drive, the train station is just across the road.)
There are a couple of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. The included breakfast was not too bad. About 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, there's a small neighbourhood sushi bar called Kouzushi Honten (幸寿し 本店) that's quite highly rated by Japan's authoritative food ranking website Tabelog.com; reservations are needed but if you can snag a seat you can have the omakase course for a song, roughly ¥6,000 if I recall correctly.

好立地
仕事の関係で朝食を食べることができなかったですが、とても良さそうでした。
エレベーター前にマンガが置いてあるのも高評価でした。

能登半島観光の拠点に
大浴場はないけれど、隣接のスポーツクラブのバス&サウナを５５０円で使える模様なので、そちらを試せばよかった気もします。
ホテル至近の「幸寿司」が絶品なので早めに予約した上でうかがいたい。和倉温泉に浸かるためではなく、この極上の鮨を味わうために、七尾にはまた来たい。

全体的に◎
とにかく建屋内、部屋共に清潔感があります。部屋も普通のビジネスホテルより若干広く、棚が沢山あり、物を置くのに重宝します。Wi-Fiも早くストレス無く利用できます。
トイレは無論ウォシュレットですが、便座ヒーター付きなのが嬉しいです。唯一部屋の明かりが暗いのが残念でした。
ランドリーは２つあり洗濯¥100(洗剤別)は出張者には嬉しい限り。
後、なんと言っても朝食のクオリティが高くバイキング形式ですが、一品づつがボリューミーでした。
お得なポイントカードシステムもあり長期滞在者は重宝するはず。
コーヒーは24時間無料サーバーが有ります。
駅からも近くまた機会が有れば利用したいです。
