Good experience

Not modern but clean hotel with very large rooms, large bathroom equipped with everything. Welcoming and helpful staff. A few steps from the door leading to the historic center. Secured and free parking. A few hundred meters away are the roads that lead to the splendid Bravi villages

Help me!

Where to start? From the cry for help. The Hotel is the dirtiest I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it wasn't me who booked it. It was the travel agency I worked for this weekend. Indecency. I'm sorry to be so tranchant but, with respect to the Staff who work there, or who seriously try to do so, the facility should be closed for a complete makeover. Save something? No, I'm sorry: centuries-old carpet soaked in smoke, common areas left in total neglect, lamps with exposed wires, mattresses... no, I'm silent, and lots and lots of dirt. But why? But how can you not see what your house is like? The one you offer to the Guests? I can't answer that.

Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti che il soggiorno non sia stato all’altezza delle Sue aspettative.
Le Sue osservazioni sono per noi fondamentali per migliorare ogni aspetto dei ns. servizi.
Desideriamo precisare che è in corso un importante piano di ristrutturazione ed attualmente il piano in questione non è accessibile al pubblico. Purtroppo, l’assenza di un’adeguata segnaletica, per la quale ci scusiamo, può aver trasmesso un’impressione negativa della struttura.
Per quanto riguarda il materasso, si è trattato di una mancanza interna: abbiamo già
provveduto a richiamare formalmente sia la cameriera ai piani che la direzione della ditta esterna
per non aver segnalato l’anomalia al nostro ricevimento. Se informati tempestivamente, avremmo
provveduto alla sostituzione.
Ci auguriamo che voglia concederci una seconda possibilità per mostrarLe il vero volto del Balletti Palace Hotel.

Haunted. Horrific. Horrendous. Hideous.

Staff are lovely, I'll admit. However, that does not make up for the ghostly atmosphere and simple barrenness of the rooms. A few bits of cheap pottery could even spice the place up a bit. You could probably make a few pots by scraping the crusted wallpaper from the rotted brick and moulding it together with some of the risotto they do downstairs. The beds creak more than the floorboards - which feel already feel unsteady; as if you could step down into your room and plunge to the first floor, through a tunnel of cobwebs. My walls were paper thin too - only constructed from flakes of dust and grime built up through the years - meaning I could hear every word that spat from the bloody Americans next door. Didn't get an ounce of sleep. Not that I ever would have been able to anyways: beside me was an air conditioning unit [at least that's what I thought it was] simply a metal, rattling box, only puffing warm air into all of my bodily canals every so often, continuously blowing my eyelids open every time they closed to take me away to dream land. The breakfast was decent. Good bread. Alright pasta - for Italy, I mean. Yet still, I wouldn't go here. Not even for a single night. The building is riddled with insects, ghosts and more insects. It has an old, simply lukewarm feel. Feels entirely ancient and pink - like a nursing or children's home. Genuinely creepy. If you're going to come - just be kind to the staff, I think they're all fully aware they're working in a rat-scavenged, sickening, rotting building - wanting to go home themselves.

terrible

I don't know if you've ever seen the horror film Room 1493, believe me it was the same thing. I myself am not complaining about anything, but I have never had a similar experience, the most absolute degradation, prompt noises throughout the night, I also had to change my mind about the staff who unfortunately did not maintain all the hygiene standards seeing and considering that the same dishwasher with the same hands that washed the dishes served us the croissants which judging by their appearance had been there since March last year and once I asked how they were made he replied: "good". I strongly advise you not to stay in this hovel, unless you are ghostbaster's relatives. I conclude by saying that I have 2 hours of sleep on me and now I could send my CV to become part of their wonderful staff.

Not clean

I stayed in a group for three nights on half board, a satisfying breakfast, a miserable dinner, food counted with wine emptied into jugs directly from the boxes visible to all customers. dining room with cobwebs with spiders, I wonder if it is possible that they are not seen by those who clean, very dirty windows in all rooms. Room 403 facing the noisy railway x via dei trains, positive note is the comfortable mattress. From my experience I think this hotel has come to fruition and needs to be renovated.
