Clean room and great location just beside the train station (could hardly hear any trains).
Easy access into Florence by train.
Although the place is a bit worn, it seems to be well maintained.
The place seems to cater to tourist buses as we noticed one or two every day.

It was almost impossible to get any sleep in the room. Whenever someone flushed the toilet, it sounded like a siren going off right next to your ear. The place is also about 15–20 minutes outside the city, so you have to commute back and forth by train.

The property was in a nice location cute town with a nice view, however nothing in the hotel room worked. No lights in the bathroom, no light in the room with the bed. No outlets worked. One of the outlet was hanging out of the wall as if it was in the process of being worked on. I only stayed one night, left super early in the morning to, so I didn’t complain to the staff but for anyone staying longer take this into consideration.

Really gross, fortunately I only stayed there 3 days.

Hotel really to be redone, very old both outside and inside. As soon as you arrived in the room the heating was on at 40 and you could not turn it off, there was really no air because it was also very small. There were so many problems in the room: there was no flushing, the door and window were barely closed, mold and brown spots everywhere, the heating was not turned off, the TV was not going, the walls were not thick at all, we even talked to my friends next door and in the evening there were some kids popping firecrackers, it seemed they were in the room... Dinner was acceptable but don't expect anything big, breakfast was scarce but it was GOOD ENOUGH. The staff was helpful and friendly but they didn't solve the problems we had in the room, they hadn't given a damn. This hotel is definitely not 4 stars , maximum 2.... I don't recommend it.

To be fixed but repaid by courtesy

To finish to fix especially the soundproofing of the rooms, the toilets of the other rooms seem to have them in the room!
But the kindness and courtesy shown by the staff pays for the mishaps.
