Good but not great
The staff is kind and helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms is good and they are very attentive and meticulous in every aspect.
Let's move on to the negative points:
- Breakfast is very poor, little choice and very low-quality products (everything is extremely industrial and the croissants are raw)
- The hotel has a small bar service, also with very few options, only for lunch with the possibility of a platter of local products (I doubt the mortadella and prosciutto crudo are) and then two salads and a sandwich.
- At the reception you rarely find someone immediately present because whoever is there does everything (cleaning plants, terraces, clearing tables, etc.) but above all after 8:00 PM it is no longer open.
- The services offered are almost non-existent and the restaurants proposed are Steakhouse, Tapas, etc., nothing that has to do with the place where you are.
- They do not have any agreement with the Maladroxia beach (right below the Hotel) and if you want sunbeds and umbrellas you have to book them yourself.
Finally, there is parking, it is free but not guarded and above all, we were told that if the hotel is full, there is no room for all the cars, so you might have to look for parking outside.
Honestly, the services are those of a B&B, nothing more. The property is beautiful but 200 plus euros per night are absolutely not justified.
