Quiet and clean hotel with great location near the sea.
Friendly and courteous staff, an extra quid for Annalisa...
Also excellent Service they offer for paid parking in front of the hotel.
Also good breakfast food and that of their restaurant L'ombra del Carrubo.

A stay penalized by the property
I would first like to thank Annalisa and the breakfast staff, who were always kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. They were certainly the best part of the property.
Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the management and, in particular, the owner. Already upon arrival, I had asked about the possibility of changing rooms, even paying a supplement, but I was told that there was no availability. For this very reason, I asked right away to move up my departure by two nights. Despite the notice and a long negotiation, I still had to pay a penalty, and the owner, instead of looking for a reasonable solution, proved to be rude, unhelpful, and not at all customer-oriented on the phone, leaving us with a terrible final impression that inevitably influenced our judgment of the entire stay.
The assigned room, compared to others in the facility, does not have a reserved outdoor space that guarantees a minimum of privacy, an aspect that penalizes it significantly. Furthermore, the only window overlooks the continuous passage of other guests, making it necessary to often keep the air conditioning on. The mattresses also did not turn out to be particularly comfortable.
The location, despite being close to the sea, is not directly on the seafront: to reach the beach, you have to walk a few hundred meters under the sun, skirting a busy road.
The sea is undoubtedly very beautiful, but the partner beach is extremely crowded and chaotic in the summer period.
Breakfast is good and the dining room staff is very courteous, but the breakfast room is rather hot and the selection is repetitive. The presence of a small corner dedicated to local products, with fresh ricotta, cheeses, and other Salento specialties, would be very welcome.
Overall, we believe that the price-quality ratio is not adequate for the experience offered. It is a shame, because with more attentive management, especially from the ownership, and with greater care for the customer instead of taking advantage of them, the memory of this vacation would certainly have been different.

Lovely stay with the family in Hotel Beach Salento, Salve, Puglia, Italy
The nearby beaches are beautiful with crystal waters, white sand and with all the facilities, umbrellas, sun beds to rent out and also they are furnished of showers and toilets.
The Hotel beach Salento is highly recommended. Moreover, the stuff, Daniela, Annalisa and Fabio are very friendly and helpful.
