Very beautiful Masseria

Very beautiful Masseria, the setting is extremely pleasant. The pool is large and allows for swimming. The place is quiet and very close to Otranto. Quick lunch service starting at 1:00 PM, dinner. Excellent breakfast. Excellent as well. I recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice location

Despite the late hour that we have arrived, they have kept the kitchen open for us which we have greatly appreciated.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Location is very good and well located opposite Otranto.

A Very Special Place

My favorite place during this visit to Italy! Everything felt just right- the pricing, the quality of the decor and room furniture, the dining food, the beautiful and generous breakfast, the friendly staff. I loved the fresh picked fig basket they passed around the pool and the complimentary appetizers at sunset.
The guests that we met were down to earth and friendly- some families and some couples.
It is near some great towns and the price of transfers is reasonable. Otranto for shopping , Castro (my favorite!) . We did boat tours from both.
My only feedback is that the choice of tour operators for “experiences” they recommended were some of the priciest I’ve seen- and we’ve travelled a lot. We used Eneo for one of our boat tours and it was underwhelming (and unfriendly) and twice as much as the private tour we booked ourselves in Castro through Trip Advisor.
I would love to return to Puglia and this Masseria Montelauro!!

Gorgeous stay

We stayed for a couple of nights at Masseria Montelauro and wish we could have stayed longer. The girls have the place running like clockwork. Everything at the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff in particular the young girl who got us our drinks and nibbles in the evening were friendly, hardworking and efficient. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The food in the evening was exceptional quality. Drinks were served with olives, nuts and biscuits which was a nice touch. Early evening drinks were served with a delicious canapé spread, on the house. The pool and pool area are beautiful. Definitely recommend this Masseria, price point is particularly reasonable for this quality of stay. Well done ladies for making this a warm and inviting place to stay. We will return for longer next time.

The Perfect Stay

We stayed with my wife at this farm for a 5 night stay last week.
I would start by saying that really everything is perfect in the farm, the lovely location, attention to all the details that you can see as soon as you arrive, the greenery, the pool and everything about the outdoor spaces.
Cleanliness of the rooms perfect, staff, polite kind and helpful.
But I must say that all the staff of the structure is of the highest level starting from those who prepared breakfast in the morning, to conclude with those who delighted us with dinner on the first evening.
In fact, we also had dinner on the evening of our arrival at their restaurant and I can say that I found a really high quality cuisine, both for the raw materials used and for the goodness of the dishes.
But the note on which I feel like spending a few more words is the presence of Mrs. Alessandra at the reception.
A person of a truly excellent education and availability, advice and greetings always ready accompanied by friendliness and smile!
You arrive at the farm for the first time and you feel like you've known her forever!
