What a beautiful holiday
We were guests of Il giardino dell’Osa a week.
Really a pleasant experience: Alessia Marco with Alessia's parents and daughters who made us live a holiday with the atmosphere of a family.
The 3 excellent themed dinners and the choice to put all the guests on the table makes it socialize with everyone: a good idea.
The morning breakfasts are great with homemade cakes and jams.
The rooms are large and clean, well-kept garden.
In short, an experience to replicate

Zero confidentiality and mediocre level
Agriturismo Giardino dell'Osa more than a farm looks like an air b&b run by a host who leaves you the keys, prying on what you do every day, makes jokes out of place, as well as mentioning several times that he has been doing this job for so many years with such knowledge (if he sees....) attitude that someone may not like it.
As soon as we arrived we left her our documents for registration then we went to the sea, we returned and we had dinner with them (so she had some time) and when we asked her to give us back the documents she replied: "well now it's late what do you have to do with us at this time? we talk about it tomorrow morning", so she released them after 16 hours! THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!
The room was never cleaned in three days and yet there was a cost of 15 euros for cleaning...
It offers a dinner at the modest price of 28 euros per person (without receipt or invoice) that passes for tasting of typical products but it is a dinner prepared by an elderly relative, served on plastic tables under a porch full of wasps and mosquitoes (take serious measures because the garden deserves but is unusable), the owners and daughters dine together with guests creating a climate at the edge of the cringe...
The room is a small and spartan bedroom, with a small and striped screen TV .. there is a mini fridge, a wardrobe and a desk, the decor is old painted even badly to give it an old but always old remains, the bathroom is very small with a narrow shower without a window but with a noisy fan.
Breakfast is included in the room price and consists of a choice of: milk, WATERY coffee as if it were an American coffee, (no cappuccino too complicated to make), or orange juice, or tea, yogurt; to eat corn flakes or two pieces of cake or rusks with jam chosen by her based on availability (bah).
We have never seen the reception and there is no indoor room so if it rains I dare not imagine the dinner and breakfast where it is served, also never issued us a tax receipt or an invoice neither of the payment of the room nor of the dinner, clever.
Ah during the stay he repeatedly mentioned to "settling the bill and also put us in order on the payment of the tourist tax" strictly in cash eh!! Offensive and suspicious of the customer, and I repeat receipt ZERO!
The only positive thing is that the car park is Covered by a curtain that leaves the car at an acceptable temperature.

Già chi non si dichiara con il nome mi da non poche perplessità e per me la recensione non dovrebbe essere pubblicata comunque cercherò di puntualizzare i punti della signora che non si è trovata bene .
In primis visto le dimensioni , foto della camera e bagno senza finestra sono in tutti i portali affiliati e nel sito web quindi se non le piaceva poteva andersene, a Luglio la disponibilità la trovava ovunque, magari non con i prezzi come da noi. Non siamo così stupidi da richiedere la tassa di soggiorno senza fare scontrino del soggiorno e qui di certo la nostra mancanza di non averglielo dato subito visto che Alessia al mattino è indaffarata con le colazioni ma lo inviamo con WhatsApp dopo, quindi se lo volete ci chiamate e ve lo inviamo se non l'abbiamo già fatto; la tassa si paga in contanti visto che noi facciamo da tramite per l'Amm. e non vogliamo rimetterci le spese del POS. Le pulizie sono a parte al costo di €. 15.00 al giorno, quelle incluse sono della pulizia finale, è scritto ovunque. Per la cena a base di prodotti locali esclusivamente Toscani a 28.00 euro nessuno si mai lamentato, evidentemente non hanno provato i costi dei ristoranti e le vespe che girano di notte ma chissà che hanno visto e le zanzare? è ovvio siamo in campagna e nonostante le disinfestazioni ogni 15 giorni qualcuna ci sta.. Il fatto di avere le figlie a cena dovrebbe essere indicatore di cibo buono altrimenti non ci sarebbero; ma poi chi l'ha obbligata a rimanerci dopo che Alessia al mattino le ha detto il menù?
Le colazioni con prodotti fatti in casa sono uno punti forte dell'agriturismo, di certo non troverà i cornetti del bar, ma anche questo è scritto ovunque
Come dico sempre non tutti rimangono soddisfatti e ci dispiace, cerchiamo sempre di accettare consigli per migliorarci e la disponibilità di Alessia al mattino di chiedere e parlare con i clienti per consigliarli per il da farsi nelle giornate di soggiorno è un 'altro dei punti forti di noi, evidentemente voi siete persone più da Albergo o da agriturismi di livello superiore, quindi il mio consiglio è leggete meglio le offerte e spendete di più
Chi viene da noi sa di venire in una famiglia ,semplice e disponibile, gli piace la natura ed il cibo genuino, il resto vada in Albergo

A garden in the countryside. Relaxation and tranquility not far from the sea
Il Giardino dell'Osa... immersed in the countryside and tranquility, common garden (with tables and area to lay) with access to the rooms, simple but equipped with everything you need (including fridge) and comfortable beds and pillows, added value.
Linen change 1v / week or on request with small supplement.
But the real added value is the delightful hospitality of Alessia, whom you seem to have known forever and who provides valuable advice on beaches, places to visit and places to dine. And he's not wrong, he's local!

Great holiday
Recommended by a colleague who goes there every year, I can now say "that's why he goes back". We were well received by Alessia who made us.excellent tourist information and great addresses for dinner.
Beautiful setting, in the green, in peace. Milù their labrador welcomed us wagging her tail every time we returned. Rooms with everything you need, clean and tidy. Sweet but hearty breakfast. And for any request always present Alessia.
