Fabulous residence overlooking the Tuscan hills and spectacular pool

I stayed in this residence 5 days and four nights with my husband and we had a great time for the extreme cleanliness, courtesy of the owner and, not least, the beauty of the place. This residence is in fact nestled in the Tuscan hills and has a large and wonderful swimming pool. Hearty breakfast and with good products. We will return with pleasure.

I won't be back for sure

Honestly I expected much more, I booked this experience with great enthusiasm, but once on site I must say it was a bit disappointing. The master bedroom was very small if we consider that we also had two dogs. I am of the opinion that certain things should be said to customers and you can also ask for a supplement for a larger and more comfortable room.. There has never been given back the shampoo kit etc in 4 days, in the room nothing of anything, no mini fridge Service, no kettle, no pen that can be useful .. nothing. Accessing the bathroom was a tetris of joints, sitting on the toilet with legs against the sink... the “hotel”/residence Service was practically non-existent after about 12/14. By non-existent I mean there was no one! they closed the reception and left. If you needed something or just a common Bar Service for a coffee there was no one there! I have never seen such a thing. They leave a note saying to call the number ..... but does it seem ??
Breakfast was good, but eat the exact same thing for 4 days.. What a pain. The same cake went on for days in a row..
as Location, great for The spa of saturnia but away from all the rest of the world. The first supermarket is 20 minutes away!
Anyway for what we paid, I'm not satisfied
pity because it has excellent qualities but are not exploited

Positive experience

Good evening visiting saturnia we stayed in this structure, very good food room and bathroom clean, lady of cleanliness kind and available ditto guy of the bar, vista bella.Da review soundproofing rooms, cold breakfast area, you have to stay with the coat, the two streets to access the structure, who has the low car touches with paraurti.Consigliamo this.residence.

Very pleasant experience

Location and services at the top, comfortable rooms.
Swimming pool surrounded by greenery with breathtaking views.
Breakfast very good with products produced by the farm.
Owner friendly and helpful.
Access road not impassable as read in other reviews.
Near the center of Saturnia and the spa.
We spent some beautiful days, for sure to recommend!

A perfect parasise

Great hotel and view of the surrounding area. A family owned paradise with a nice pool and clean rooms and lovely breakfast made by hand cakes and coffee! Lovely hosts and much to see in the surrounding area. The family also owns a restaurant in Saturnia where you can eat great Pizza.
