An absolute gem with an unbeatable location!

I absolutely loved my stay at this gem of a hotel in Civitanova Marche run by a lovely family. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the room was impeccable and quiet with AC. Every morning, I was able to catch the most amazing sunrise at the beach which was 5 min away and be back in time for a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel. Thank you Chiaraluna, I will be back for sure.

Cute, clean, close to the sea

I stayed a few times in this hotel for work, the rooms are large and clean, very simple, although a bit démodé anyway pleasant to stay even more days (I would only change the armchairs in the rooms that are a bit worn by time).
The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the south seafront and many restaurants and bars both on the sea and downtown.
The common areas are quite standard, the reception staff is always very kind, professional and level.
The flaw of this hotel is the breakfast, although offering a small buffet both sweet and savory, the quality and presentation of the food are not really great (eg fresh fruit I would propose it in a classic bowl as a fruit salad not on a flat plate) and unfortunately even the people in the room are never particularly attentive to the welcome missing a little 'that warmth, kindness and smiles that instead the reception always gives effortlessly. Apart from that however great hotel for a quiet beach holiday!

We like to take long walks, there we had fun.

Nice and comfortable structure, friendly and very helpful staff, we stayed in a nice large room with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Great value for money.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at Hotel Chiaraluna for eight nights. Great location, a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Civitanova. Our spacious room with terrace, daily cleaning with towel change.
Breakfast is with croissants of various flavors, cake, choice of cold cuts and cheese, dried fruit and cereals, cappuccino served at the table. The Testa owners are a nice family, helpful, professional, always with a smile, children Filippo and Enrica super kind and friendly. Recommended to stay, we will definitely return they made us feel at home. Greetings from Maria and Gianluca.

Optimal service and a clean comfortable room. Front desk staff members were gracious and generous with local suggestions. Excellent location near beach. Recommend!!
