Many ok's, some meh's.
I expected interiors that would make me relive past times, while instead very little has been restored, probably due to the popular vicissitudes post-ownership; it seems it was then divided into small apartments and occupied by rather disadvantaged families. Returning to the hotel, what struck me most are the many attentions and the infinite kindness of the hosts.
The hot tub is a definite no, nobody uses them anymore; an elegant walk-in shower would be better.
Isabella is very good in the kitchen; there is simplicity, but also attention to detail. It is worth staying for dinner.
It is not an inexpensive location, because if you add the dinner that they do not provide in half-board, the costs go up quite a bit. Personally, I spent €250 including dinner, which was one first course /2, one second course each + 1 glass of red wine and a tiramisu.

The hotel was just perfect!
There are shared spaces that allowed us to spend time together and privately from the rest of the guests.
This is an ancient building that has been renovated and has a combination of the old and the new as the whole wood design with a lot of attention to detail really good taste!
There's a pool table, a bar.
The perfect breakfast.
Dinner can be ordered separately - it was delicious (a bit expensive) but when you don't want to go out in the evening it's fun.
Lots of options throughout the area.
A lot of nature around beautiful trails.

Everything perfect for our "Mindfulness Retreat, Silence, Conscious Laughter"
Really appreciable from all points of view: pleasantness and hygiene of each common area, cozy rooms with Jacuzzi, excellent cuisine (for our vegetarian choice), attention by the two managers to meet requests, solve problems and facilitate the success of initiatives.
In addition, the meeting room is a large former barn completely renovated with wooden floor, considerable height and striking wooden trusses, all with a beautiful natural "energy" perfect for non-technical meetings.
Finally, the possibility of direct access from the hotel to the small spa facility, is a very pleasant added value.
