May Day all inclusive bridge
More than positive experience. We arrived at the Hotel Levante for the bridge on May 1. We felt like we were at home, friendly and always helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms, impeccable all inclusive service. As for the food, I must say excellent, every day novelties and various choices between first and second courses always abundant not to forget the buffet appetizer always abundant and varied. Thank you so much for everything. I'll see you soon.

Four stars out of two
Four stars?? At least two were gifted. Upon arrival you hope to find something fresh in the fridge and instead it's empty and we are in a 4* dining room packed so you can't pass very slow service food? Let's not even go there...but the most disconcerting thing is the absolute lack of consideration for the disabled, the elderly, or moms with strollers, as for them everything is an obstacle made of steps and various level changes...shameful!!! Return? No!!! Recommend it? Not even!!!!!

hotel levante
we stayed at this hotel in June 2026 attracted by the beautiful photos on the site and the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the promises did not reflect reality. Arriving in the room we immediately encountered a terrible smell of smoke in addition to having found dust a bit everywhere and a bandage under the bed from the previous guests. Reported the fact immediately at reception they did not want to change our room. The cleaning girls came by and gave it a summary cleaning, we spent the whole week with the windows open. Food decent, positive note the service with Ionela always attentive and smiling. No one apologized, nor asked us if the problem was resolved. 60s decor, elevator that every time we went up we made the sign of the cross. At breakfast no espresso coffee/cappuccino but only from automatic machines, honestly undrinkable. At least get better powdered milk. Breakfast/buffet quite poor and repetitive.

Ci dispiace per quanto accaduto all’arrivo: trovare una camera con un odore di fumo persistente e con aspetti di pulizia non all’altezza di ciò che ci impegniamo a garantire non è il modo in cui vorremmo accogliere un ospite. Ancora di più ci dispiace leggere che, dopo la sua segnalazione, non ci sia stato un adeguato confronto da parte nostra per verificare personalmente che il problema fosse stato realmente risolto.
Sul punto siamo particolarmente d’accordo: intervenire non basta, bisogna anche assicurarsi che l’ospite si senta ascoltato e seguito fino alla soluzione. È uno dei principi sui quali stiamo lavorando ogni giorno.
Ci fa piacere, invece, sapere che abbia apprezzato il servizio di Ionela e la sua attenzione: le faremo sicuramente arrivare il suo ringraziamento.
Prendiamo con serietà anche le sue osservazioni sulla colazione, sulla varietà del buffet e sulle condizioni generali della struttura. Non vogliamo nasconderci dietro alle aspettative: sappiamo che ci sono aspetti sui quali possiamo e dobbiamo migliorare.
Grazie per averceli segnalati. Ci auguriamo che, nonostante le criticità incontrate, possa darci in futuro l’opportunità di mostrarle concretamente la cura e l’attenzione che desideriamo riservare ai nostri ospiti.

Perfect holiday
Excellent stay there, the meals are delicious. The chef deserves a medal, the table service was more than perfect (thanks Veronica). Quiet hotel facing the sea and at the same time not far from the lively center. I highly recommend for a successful holiday. Deckchairs reserved: no need to take your head and run to drop your towel, you can arrive at any time if you want to visit, they will be there. In short, a success

Great family run hotel
This hotel is on the river mouth and beach at the central part of this area. The staff are excellent especially the English speaking receptionists. We only had B&B ,but the breakfasts were lovely.
The rooms are excellent with good views over the sea or river mouth.
