Dream accommodation with top breakfast

Rarely have I experienced such warm and accommodating staff and owners. A garden with many small, loving details. Drink prices at the self-service bar by the pool are almost a gift. Water is free, coffee variations are €1.50, a bottle of wine is €12.00, etc.

Absolutely perfect and has been for many years.

We have been coming here almost every year for nearly 20 years, and it is always beautiful here. The two brothers, Ivano and Paolo, are so warm and kind and serve an excellent breakfast every day. It is always very, very hard for us when we have to leave again. We would prefer to stay here.

A dream place in a small village of arch

Paolo is Ivano pamper you from the first to the last moment. Two exquisite people who do everything with great love and passion. Sofia... the cherry on the cake. Really good. Historical but modern structure and attention to detail. Really good.

Breakfast UNIQUE, INDESCRIBABLE!!!

We stayed two nights at the b & b Da Gianni, and we can only confirm previous reviews, a really delicious accommodation.
Already on arrival we were greeted with a delicious refreshing cocktail.
The structure is very nice, the room clean and pretty, but what really impressed us was the breakfast, worthy of a 5 star luxury for quality, quantity and variety of the proposal.
It's really indescribable, I'm just saying that there is a fixed part that includes omelets and crepes stuffed in various ways and a part that varies, so to speak, we had never had the opportunity to eat roast potatoes, rigatoni or peperonata for breakfast! Everything absolutely delicious, and washed down with prosecco! Not to mention the fruit extracts that vary every morning, delicious!
All served in a beautiful covered terrace decorated in a delightful way.
Add to that the beautiful garden with swimming pool where you can relax and the parking closed by a gate that made us feel comfortable for our bike. We would very much return and would recommend it without hesitation.

Paradise on Lake Garda.

We already stayed here for the second time with our family (5 people). That says it all. We slept in villa Annamaria. We got an upgrade for one of our booked rooms because they had it free. Super. The garden is a true paradise. The rooms are all clean and cared for. The car can be parked in the underground parking garage. There is also room for bicycles here. You can also use a washing machine, outdoor kitchen, there is free water in the room,... The pool is small but it is always quiet and therefore big enough. There are plenty of sunbeds, even to your room when you stay in the villa. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful. Everyone is super friendly. It is a good base to discover Lake Garda. We will definitely be back!
