Room cleaned daily and was cleaned very well with clean towels given each day. Very nice housekeeper.
Staff, especially on reception were very nice and super helpful.
Pool is lovely, however it holds maximum of about 10 sunbeds which is unfortunate if a small group of you wnat to lay around the pool as unlikely to get a sunbed.
Biggest and strangest thing is that a 4* hotel does not have a private shower cubicle for those with a late flight. It has a luggage room but you’re expected to use the pool to freshen up as no shower other than the pool side one. Although manageable it’s surprising as a late checkout is charged at a nightly rate which works out a costly shower if that’s all you need on your last day.
Food was amazing. Pizza is great and staff again seemed pleasant.
I would stay here again as it’s a nice hotel and I’d make sure I booked an extra night stay if I had a late flight again but defo would return here.

A hotel that got four stars just by having a pool the size of a bathtub. None of its features qualify it for four stars. The rooms are poorly maintained.
The bathroom is neglected, and the shower cabin is extremely primitive and small.
There's not even water in the rooms, no kettle, you can't even make a cup of coffee.
Service and staff are reluctant to speak languages other than Italian and are generally not friendly.
The cleanliness of the sheets and towels is very inadequate.

4 Stars?!?! maybe when the hotel was born but not in 2026
The location is undoubtedly its strength: beachfront, directly on the Alghero seafront.
Really gorgeous, almost dreamy.
As for the structure, however, the impression is that of a hotel that has remained still over time: both the common areas and the floors and rooms are rather dated.
The rooms are spacious, but the furniture and bathroom would need a renovation, as well as better cleaning.
The most negative aspect, which we also reported at the reception, concerns the mattresses: still springs and now completely broken, decidedly uncomfortable.
When we asked to change rooms, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and it was not possible to do so.
A response handled with courtesy, but that does not solve the problem.
For those working in the hotel industry it is easy to read between the lines: the feeling is that the situation is known but tolerated as it is.
Precisely for this reason I decided to write this review, also as a personal reminder not to return, but above all to offer those who are evaluating this structure useful elements to weigh up pros and cons.
I hope that this observation can be a stimulus for the structure to improve and, in the future, make me return with pleasure.
The location of the hotel is truly unique and, in respect of Alghero, which deserves the best, it would be nice to see a structure that lives up to such a special context.
