A solid hotel but .......
Each floor corridor is carpeted. The medium size room is well equipped and comfortable. It offers all the amenities, has a safe and fast and reliable internet. Free bottle of water is provided.
Breakfast is served in the nicely decorated restaurant. Buffet may or may not be served according to the occupancy rate. Fresh juice along with made to order eggs are served. The buffet has a fair selection of food but the fruit is very sweet and fresh. Overall, a decent breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and professional. This is a solid hotel in a good neighborhood but it is a bit overpriced for Erbil. A good hotel but not great value for the price you pay. Worth a try if you don't mind spending a premium for a good but not great hotel.

Excellent value for money
high standard, excellent location, near by almost everything. I am staying for 20 days with no complaints

It's my second time within 12 months staying here for 4-5 days.
The modern rooms are as clean as could be. Spotless! I never walk barefoot in a hotelroom but here I do. Spacious rooms with a gigantic bed that's wider than I am tall.
But the real reasons I wanted to write this review is because of the very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is super nice and make me feel welcome. And let's talk about the food: Breakfast is good. And the food (dinner) from roomservice, which I ordinarily don't really like due to the fact it's often lukewarm and a big soggy, is great here! It is tasty and is prepared with care and still hot when it arrives in the room. Good meals, proper quantity, for a good price.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that's staying in Erbil!

Very Nice Hotel for Business Trip
outlets at the table top, by the bed sides.
In fact, I have never experienced such number of global electrical outlets and usb outlets at any place from 5 star hotels to 3 3 star hotels anywhere I had traveled.
The hotel is near new, close from the Erbil airport. Included breakfast has so many good choices, and the wifi is fast.
