Excellent hotel
Hyksos is a new, elegant hotel in an up-and-coming neighborhood.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and meticulously clean. Breakfast is pretty good, too. Good restaurants etc. are within a five minute walk.
Special praise deserves the staff: Polite, competent and helpful beyond what can be reasonably expected.
Will happily come again.

Clean but not for resting after a day of work
.The area is a little neglected and far from the center on foot.
. Standard rooms are really small
. Noise or rather buzzing constantly, I really don't know if it comes from outside or from the air conditioning. Besides, the area is full of construction, that may be the reason.

Cozy classy Hotel
Having a Hyksos Hotel in Erbil is a great add to service of tourist in that part of world ... located in Ankawa near many interested attractions
An impression in first step entry toward lobby between an ancient Egyptian mixed with modern western decoration plus Pleasant odor over all area is so touchable .
so so clean and so well designed
Front desk 24 hr service .so kind ,helpful,friendly classy & cooperated guys
an incredible view with tasty food in The wave restaurant with so classy service A special thanks for both bartender & manager didn’t hesitate to help by their best drink service as complimentary when they know I get cold
Best way to start new day with delicious breakfast in the colorful modern styled Iris restaurant
Hotel manger, a Lebanese guy, would about to offer Their guest the best service they would wish for !
Internet cover all area very well
trust issue between hotel and workers make everything much way better they are really so so classy

sounds from room neighbors they helped to ask ppl be more quite but I hope get well as I don’t know what the family voice more than normal or the room barrier as all hotel so quite
the house keeping girl try to do her work right way as hotel as more than perfect in style service and really so clean don’t re put same towel
️spa300 worse experience sorry not sorry it’s located In Hotel they said it’s not belong to them only investment but I got cold over my stay I waited all the time jacuzzi said every time after 10 min will get hot wasn’t working , spa’s temperature isso cold not suitable for one get out from sauna, they don’t have steam and even not a good place to change after shower even not towel rob so all way get my room and get cold, the girls don’t have good communicate and asked me to bring my room water .in general really they are more than bad
You wanna try a real mean of hotel service in Erbil it’s your choice. So safe comfortable especially as women

Pleasantly Surprised
Spent 5 days in the hotel for a company workshop. No request too big or too small. From arrival, check in and check out, the staff couldn't do enough for our group. 2 Restaurants on site so all catering needs are taken care off. Having spent time in numerous hotels across the world for business I can honestly say that Hyksos rates in the top 5, punching well above its weightclass. A definite recommendation from me and a return will be on the cards whenever I have to travel through Erbil.

Good place to stay in Erbil
Very friendly and helpful staff, Large and quiet room.
Coffee and tea facilities in the rooms.
Good breakfast with a beautiful view on the city.
