Comfortable hotel, friendly service, and very satisfying!

"A stay at the Grand Buana Lestari Hotel provides a very enjoyable and effective experience! The room is very clean, neat, and the facilities in it are well-maintained so that the rest time feels more comfortable.
The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and favorable. In addition, the staff and hotel service are very friendly, attentive, and helpful from the check-in process to the check-out.
The location is also easily accessible.
Highly recommended for family stay and business travel!"

出張先が近いので今回は2回目の宿泊です。部屋に行ったら冷蔵庫が無く、冷蔵庫の有る部屋に移動したら1泊2,000円×3泊の6,000円を追加で請求されました。冷蔵庫が無いのはTtip.com の掲載が悪いと言われました。また部屋に行くとベッドのシーツはもちろん、バスタオルも汚れていて、バルルームには無数の髪の毛が散乱。お湯も出ないのでクレームしたらフロントマンは「私に言われても困る…予約サイトに言いなさい」との事…2日日も3日目も使い回しのバスタオル。4日間の滞在中、男性フロントマンは常にスマホゲームをしてロビーの椅子に寝転がりってました。二度と2度と、次は【ぜったいに宿泊しません】！！
